It is clearly says on their website:” We accept DDD and Medicaid, as well as most major insurances.” However, when I called they told me they are out of network and don’t accept insurance. This is insane how businesses are trying to get every penny from parents who have a lot going on and a lot to take care of. At least they should have updated the information on their website so parents don’t waste time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for any confusion or frustration you experienced, we know how overwhelming it can be to navigate services while juggling so many responsibilities as a parent.
To clarify, we do accept insurance at the out-of-network benefit level, and we make every effort to communicate that upfront so families can make informed decisions without wasting time. In addition, we accept Medicaid and DDD funding for certain programs, and we work closely with families to determine eligibility and coverage.
We’ve also had great success in securing Single Case Agreements and one-time exceptions with insurance companies—especially when no in-network providers are available, to help families access the services they need with minimal additional cost.
We understand how stressful and confusing this process can be, and we’d still be more than happy to support you in navigating your options if you're open to it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we're here to help.
