I couldn't recommend Grabex highly enough. I had seven windows replaced in my top floor flat, a mix of timber sash and uPVC casement windows, and was so impressed with the service from start to finish.
It was quite a lengthy process as I needed to obtain planning permission, which involved requesting additional information and drawings. The team were incredibly patient, responsive and helpful throughout, always happy to answer questions and provide whatever was needed.
The customer service was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly, professional and accommodating.
The fitters were equally brilliant. They worked incredibly quickly and efficiently, and I was particularly impressed by how little damage there was to the surrounding walls, especially given the scale of the job.
A really positive experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Filed & won court case against Grabex to get my full deposit back!
I had to take this company to small claims court & only then did they give me my full deposit back! I filed a case against them and won.
Their contract is flawed, very unclear terms - beware and do NOT sign with them. They add on additional costs as and when they feel, lather on costs with non approved surveys, are extremely disrespectful, rude with deliberate delay on communication. Martin the director is an absolute sleazeball and justice was served when the court verdict was in my favor and they had to null the contract and pay me my full deposit back.
This is def not a legit business and more like a scam business. They will act all supportive and nice until contract is signed. Post signature it all goes south and they will start blaming it on you.
My advice: Find another trusted and well reputed business for your home.

A great range of window and door products, which are made onsite. Purchased bi-fold doors which were comparable in price to other suppliers but the quality and thinner frames sold it. The survey and fitting were completed within 6 weeks and the look and feel of the doors is fantastic. Will consider for windows and doors also.

Patryk and John from Grabex fitted our windows over the last two days and we couldn’t be happier with the service. They were extremely hardworking, arrived exactly when they said they would, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Both were polite, friendly, and cleared up as they went along, which we really appreciated.
As we were working from home, Patryk and John were very accommodating and completed the windows in the order we had requested so that we could continue working in certain rooms without too much disruption. That made a huge difference for us.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
From our first showroom visit to installation, the service was outstanding. Iwona was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, and nothing was too much trouble when we made changes to our quote.
Matt kept us fully updated throughout, arranged the survey promptly, and worked hard to secure installation dates that suited our family schedule. He also checked in with us on both installation days to make sure everything was going smoothly and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Lukasz the surveyor was polite and very knowledgeable.
Nine windows were installed over two days by Patryck and John, who were punctual, tidy, and extremely professional. The quality of the windows and the finish is superb — and I’m very particular about detail! We are now looking forward to getting our front door installed and bi-folds later in the year.
A smooth, well-managed process from start to finish. Double glazing can sometimes get a bad reputation, but certainly not Grabex. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amazing aluminium and timber windows fitted this year and also before the contractual lead time. Fitters Mirek and Amir were polite and also so careful of our home while installing. Customer service was brilliant from start to finish with keeping us updated regarding the survey and installation date. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
If you care about your home and want quality windows, I would strongly advise against using this company. From installation to customer support, the entire process has been full of problems, and the customer service has been rude and arrogant rather than helpful.
They installed a large sliding window incorrectly, without a window sill which the installer actually left on the side. As a result, water has been coming into my home. Every time they return, instead of fixing the problem properly, they simply apply more silicone around the window.
Several other windows were delivered with incorrect measurements, causing a delay of 12 weeks to my project. Despite the inconvenience, there was no compensation and no proper apology.
If anyone doubts the legitimacy of my review, I am more than happy to show them the situation in person and let them see the mess for themselves.
