All of their "designer" cannabis is already opened, and replaced with local grown cannabis. So instead of receiving high grade California cannabis, as shown on the website and packaging, you will receive the same local "gumbo" cannabis that they sell in the city.
You can easily confirm this by looking at the packaging/jars when you receive the product. It appears to the untrained eye like it's sealed still from the vendor. Upon closer inspection, you will see the sealed sticker on the side of the jars has been carefully lifted off, and the protective seal on top of the jar has also been carefully removed and placed back on. This is the case with all of their "designer" cannabis.
This place would of been the best dispensary on the east coast if they actually sold the stuff they advertised, but they don't. Not to mention their delivery driver takes forever, order didn't arrive until 6 hours PAST the scheduled time for delivery. First and last time ordering from here.

Hey, I’m not sure which product you’re speaking about exactly but if you reach out to our customer service, we can replace something if it looks like it’s been tampered with, but we don’t bait and switch or sell anything that’s not directly from a supplier brandsthat we get. Worst experience i ever had never again but it’s my fault gave yall 3 different chances each time none of the weed what was posted online I feel everyone hyped this place up

I have been ordering from Gotham for about 6 months now and I have never been disappointed in any of the products that I have received!! The customer service has always been A+ !! There has only been 1 time that a product I ordered was unavailable and customer service reached out to me right away and offered me a substitution
Shipping has always been super fast, I live in upstate/central NY and the longest I waited for a delivery was 3 days and that was due to a holiday.
I have numerous dispensaries in my area however I prefer to order from Gotham because of the quality of their products
Canceled my order and kept my money don't recommend! Reporting to the BBB, and now having to dispute with bank.
