Edit to my initial review after a year with the panels. I’m still very satisfied with the panels and go solar. The issue is that i had to move and NO ONE was willing to take on the loan. People expect to get the panels with the price of the house and not pay for electricity! To make the situation worse, the appraisal really does not see the value of free electricity ! I had to payoff the panels During the transaction of closing on the house making me lose most of the little equity I had in the house. If you know you are staying in your house for sure, it’s a great investment. If not, realize you are an early adopter and the stupid people of this state will not understand it. Go Solar is the way to go for Solar power. They take care of the entire process from financing, purchase, installation and connection.

I am glad that you have had a positive experience overall with Go Solar. It sounds like you are not happy with Dividend Solar one of our lenders. Dividend Solar is the only lender that I am aware who allows you to transfer the loan to a new homeowner. All other lenders force you to pay the loan off at sale.
I am just wondering why you gave us a 1 star review as Dividend Solar is who you are upset with?? Thank you

12/2025: My solar panels greatly underproduce energy. It was a mistake to install Solar panels. I won't get paid back for 20+ years. 1/2023:Go Solar was great through the entire process. From design, to install, to operation. My system has been producing since Jan 23 & is providing approx what was promised. Justin my salesperson has been awesome with support & questions. Only glitch, a solar panel breaker tripped while we were away, so no production for a while.

Most of positive reviews are simply fake....Phantom accounts wit ONE review only. As most of companies from China, they are focused on producing hundreds of fake reviews rather than improve their product and support. I've received the kit with incompatible elements, they refused to take it back , needed open a chargeback with credit car. Be aware : their 'customer service' is located in China, they don't care totally about customer experience . After some time, as many before, this company will change the name and will continue their shady practices on US market. Just beware : do not be fooled by fake reviews ! They are scammers .

Go Solar did not mention the increase in home insurance when estimating my savings. Although I might save $40,000 on my power bill over 25 years, I am out $32,000 for installation and out $25,000 over 25 years for increased home insurance. So solar panels in general would be a loss unless you are a homeowner that does not believe in home insurance once your home is paid off.

Go Solar recently completed installations of our 18-kW roof-top solar and two Tesla Powerwall3 batteries (27 kWh). We are very happy with the service provided by Go Solar, and the relatively short time they took to complete the project in spite of the unnecessary delays caused by inefficient Town inspection process. Richard is very professional and easy to work with. He was involved throughout our project promptly answering any question I have had. In fact, the first call I made to Go Solar was on a Friday, just before 5 PM. Richard picked up the phone and spent quite a bit of time going over the conceptual design. He visited our home a couple of days later to finalized the system requirements. If you are looking to get solar, I would highly recommend that you call Richard. Nataly Lara was Go Solar’s project manager, who was also very responsive and helpful. I was also very impressed by the electrical technician, Adolfo, who worked long hours, and on weekends, to complete the installation quickly.

Go Solar Power was top notch from start to finish. I have had solar in the past so I understood installation and function, and had a higher level of expectation from being a solar user, and this company did not disappoint. They were very informative from the beginning, leaving nothing for me to be concerned with. They did what they promised. They delivered and installed as promised. The system has been fantastic from the moment it went live. I still have to learn the programming of the Tesla Batteries for most efficient use and max savings, but even that is very easy to monitor and Go Solar Power has been there every step of the way helping me to learn best way to program. One of the best Vendor experiences I have ever had. This is a great company. I would refer them to anyone wanting solar.

Don't do it. Paid $43,000 for a system with no battery. $330 per month plus $120 electric bills. When i was paying less that $300 for electric. I was supposed to save with this. Paying around$150 more per month. There are only 2 people that live here. That adds up over a 25 year loan. Big regret here. Many promises that weren't true. Tax break you need to be making well over 6 digits to collect on that. Like 1 year review, and nothing. Electricity goes out we loose power. So ill be joining some class action suit pretty soon.

Back in February, I left a review expressing my concerns about your service, after which a Zoom call was arranged to address the situation. During that call, I was asked to remove my review with the assurance that the matter would be resolved. Since then, I’ve received occasional emails vaguely stating that you are “working on how to place more panels.” However, there has been no clear plan, timeline, or action taken on your part. To our surprise, our solar panel payment has now increased from $275 to $400 per month without any prior notice or explanation. This is unacceptable and was never discussed or agreed upon. Additionally, your company is fully aware that your former employee misrepresented the contract. This employee explicitly told us—via text messages, which I have preserved—that we would be reimbursed until we reached 101% production and would owe nothing to FPL. These messages, along with screenshots, were shared with your team. I sent a final email yesterday requesting clarification, and I have still not received a response. This ongoing lack of transparency and accountability is deeply troubling. At this point, I feel I am being misled and taken advantage of. Unless this is resolved immediately and in good faith, I will have no choice but to seek legal advice and pursue this matter through appropriate channels. I am also considering reinstating my original review, along with updated details, to warn other potential customers. This is your final opportunity to make this right.

This company came to my aid when no other company wanted to give me the time of day. This company was the only one willing to handle my servicing needs. That is definitely remarkable in today's service environment! Richard, the salesman for the company was so generous and professional at guiding me step by step, and that was great for a nervous nelly such as myself, and because of his knowledge of the industry, he was able to give me a name and number to once again assist me at a time of crisis. This represents world class service so I can easily say that I highly recommend Richard and this company.

They sale to me a system, where it suppose to produce 104kw, and it never happen, they offer me my FPL bill will be down around $20-30 and I still paying more than$200 monthly, additionaly they replace my whole roof, including flat roof, they give me a 10 years warranty on the flat roof, and I still waiting more than 2 months to fix it, with a water leak, without answer. Don't trust in this business.

I would rather give a 10-star review, but can only go as high as 5. The first point person is Jaime Vera - a joy to find after reviewing other contracts and contacting many other contractors. Jaime = no games, no nonsense and the contract is clear and detailed. There were none of the hidden land-mines, over-sized job estimates and flat out misinformation I found in other contracts. Nataly was my project rep - she could not have been more helpful, responsive and professional. This is a major undertaking and many questions arise. They both exceeded expectations. Each on-site tech performed flawlessly for a clean, well constructed installation. Go Solar Power has my highest recommendation.

I had all kinds of malfunctions and my array needed alot of diagnosing. They cane out and got it done, my array is running at 100% now. It has been a nightmare trying to find a good company to manage and take on my array. Good company doing business the old fashion way at a great value.
