I had a wonderful experience in nazneem house boat .. rooms were beautiful everything was clean and maintained.. and best part was the food it was amazing ..

Stayed 4days from 28th to 31st july 2022 , my experience with Nazneen boat house was excellent. Rooms are very clean, managent & staff are very cooperative. Food is also very nice. Management arranged travel arrangements for surroundings site seeing. I recommend this boat house for families for comfortable stay.

Owner is one of the cheater.. house boat is not clean and not hygienic. Food is almost of worst quality. We requested him for booking of car for our tour at Gulmarg, Pahalgam and yousmarg, he had booked car with handsome fair and at the time of booking he promised us to visit sight scene by this taxi only, however taxi driver had dined for local sight scene and each and every place we have to hired separate car for sight scene. Yasin (owner) is was also force for money throughout the tour.. It’s horrible experience for staying there.. worst quality food and worst quality of hospitality. He also invited unwanted guest at night.. I never recommend to book said house boat while your tour at Kashmir.. Not recommended ever

If anyone is looking for perfect stay and hospitality in Srinagar, then guys I must recommend you all this 'najneen group of houseboat'. It's amazing, the most cosy, homely environment, sumptuous food and amazing host. Words just cannot describe its beauty. So without any 2nd thought just go for it guys. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and every moment was really wonderful. Rooms, washrooms dining area everything was neat and clean. Special thanks to Omar and Gul bhai who always added the personal touch to our trip, which made it really memorable to us. Will definitely visit here again very soon.

Excellent hospitality by the host. He took care of the entire package including stay in the houseboat till we reached leh. Handled with utmost professionalism with a touch of relationship. Food in the houseboat was great and was done according to our wishes. Rooms were great and clean. Must mention about the owners they were so soft spoken and always eager to help. Highly recommended to stay at the property.

Nazneen is a Parsi word meaning 'exquisitely beautiful or charming'; so is this amazingly done houseboat. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing - from the gorgeous chandeliers to the mystic room lighting define the range of personna this houseboat can cater to. I loved the stay so much so that one time visit was not enough and I kept coming back to this home-away-from-home. The first time I visited as a tourist and Nazneen didn't disappoint me with range of activities to offer - be it an evening shikara ride overlooking the amazing golden lake; or a leisure ride to the floating market with a plateful of sheekh kabab and piping hot Kawah; or an early morning shikara ride to the vegetable market through hidden waterways in Dal. Nazneen is well connected to the Dal Ghat No. 9 by frequently available to-and-fro shikara services. Mr. Gul was always available with a big smile for anything that the guests needed - be it an offbeat culinary request or an upcoming itinerary planning with associated logistics like Car, Guide arrangements etc. The second time I came back, I was on a workacation and Nazneen didn't disappoint me then as well. Wi-Fi was working well and the temporary workstation I created on the houseboat balcony kept amusing me with intermittent surprises from Dal; like a shikara-ful of folk singers singing all the gloom away or the soulful Azaan during the sunset. Mr. Gul has made the visit absolutely unique with his hospitality and I would recommend staying in this houseboat irrespective of solo/family/group trips as there would surely be something good in store for everyone.

If you are looking to boathouse stay in Dal Lake, this should be your first choice without a doubt! The boathouse is very well maintained. We were a group of 10 and had a lovely 3 nights stay here. A big shoutout to Mr Gul and Mr Waseem for making the experience better at the boathouse. Definitely a wonderful and memorable stay at this beautiful boathouse!

With my eyes closed, would anytime say that this is the best houseboat to stay in the whole of Srinagar. Would recommend everyone to opt for nazneen houseboat whenever visiting Srinagar. And special mention to Gul Bhai, whom me and my family along with all the other family members and friends know very well since last 10 years. He is more than family to us, have been in contact with him since May 2011. And now when I'm here again, he's welcomed me with more warmth and love that i won't find it anywhere in the world. Words fall short to describe Gul Bhai but, if anyones wants to have a wonderful trip to Srinagar and enjoy the best hospitality, Nazneen group of houseboat is the best place to visit.
