I’ve been training with Herakles for the last 4 months now. I have nothing to fault he is 100% the best personal trainer I have come across. He is 100% committed to helping you achieve your fitness and body goals. He has plenty of knowledge, his understanding of human anatomy is second to none. This just isn’t a job for Herakeles this is truly a passion he holds within his heart and he will do everything he can to support and motivate you to get where you want to be. Herakeles just doesn’t help with the physical aspect of day to day life. His session improve your self confidence as well as help you with any mental challenges you face. Herakles is a great motivator, I dont have a great deal of experience in fitness but he was patient with me, explained what workouts I should do and how I should do them, the frequency thay they should be done according to the information I gave him about my fitness. He makes himself as available as possible to answer your queries at any time and always does it happily. I reccomend everyone to give it a try, he really does make working out fun all whilst you're getting healthier and towards your fitness and body goals, 5 stars!!!
