We were introduced to Canreach Immigration Consulting inc in Canada by our friend . As Businessmen in Africa, we wanted to come and start an Innovative program in Canada. That is when Seema guided us to explore the Start-up Visa Program. This looked like a perfect fit to our requirements. Once our innovative Pitch was introduced to the Angel Investor, with interviews and trainings, we received the LOS. After securing the Letter of Support (LOS), our permanent residency application was submitted in January 2024. While the process presented several challenges, especially due to IRCC's queries regarding our business, Seema and Nav were always available any time to even respond to difficult questions at any time with full cooperation . They consistently went beyond our expectation at all times to support us. Their detailed guidance at all times, and prompt responses made all the difference. Thanks to their dedication, and finally we are thrilled to obtain the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) in December !! It was amazing that in 11 months after submitting our application , our visas have been stamped for all our family members. As a Start up Founder and Businessman in Nigeria, I wanted to know and understand how I can bring my start up to Canada. I need people to know to stay far away from these people. All they know how to do is take money. It’s been over 11 YEARS since we did the BC-PNP program and still nothing. Rather, information was purposefully kept from us until after we had paid the money, we were THEN told that there was backlog. This was something the agent assigned to him at the time (Yuvika Khanuja), purposefully withheld from us. He was told that if he wanted a fast tracked application he had to switch to a different program in Quebec. We declined and was told that the fee was non-refundable. Now if we pay for services, are we not to get them in return? Despite the fact that the fees were non-refundable, NO SERVICE OR FOLLOW UP was made after everything was sent and after 11 YEARS. I have called your lines multiple times and no one ever answers, for an immigration consultancy, you don’t do a very good job of picking the calls of people that want to talk to you concerning their livelihoods, but are so easy to reach when your agency wants to collect money from people. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
