Steve Woods was extremely helpful in navigating the process of reconstructing our condo following the repair of a leak from a copper pipe. He was involved in assessing the drywall as well as the surrounding structures in the area of the leak. After the plumber repaired the leak, Steve went to work drying out any residual moisture. He was very attentive and made sure that the moisture content was absolutely in the acceptable range before the contractor began the reconstructive process. His approach and work was very professional. The leak extended down into the unit below us and he also dealt with that homeowner in a professional manner.

While watching Sunday Night Football, we noticed water on the floor from a broken pipe in the master bathroom. We called the plumber who referred Wet Out Restoration to clean up the water damage. I'm sorry for the experience you had, however we have never completed any work for a Toni Wiley. Also we only complete the mold remediation, we do not complete any reconstruction in the homes we work in it's the responsibility of the insured to hire someone to complete the reconstruction of their home. Steve and his crew went above and beyond what I ever expected. I called on a Sunday evening and they were at my home within an hour to start drying up some water leakage I was having.
