Excellent service and very knowledgeable. The inserts are wonderful and have alleviated most of my back discomfort. Everyone should have these inserts for their shoes.

I knew going in that I needed significant assistance with my feet. The services provided was fast, (especially since I was a walk-in), friendly, professional and thorough

The sales team there has no qualifications to diagnose any foot issues. They fit you with standard inserts no different than any other store but then ask you to pay $1550 for inserts. The price is outrageous considering you can see a podiatrist (an actual doctor compared to these sales associates) for over $1000 less and even without insurance

Allie was exceptional and I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door. I can’t wait to see what the future brings with my inserts.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Some young guy at the front desk NEEDS MORE TRAINING AS TO HOW TO GREET CUSTOMERS. My wife and her sister were trying to get information and all he said first is do you have an appointment no hello or anything. Then my wife proceeded to ask about it. And he pointed to the brochures that were sitting in front of him. And then he said if you have any questions just take the card and call. No have a nice day or anything. MAYEBE HE JUST DIDN’T WANT TO BE THERE!!!! SHE WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Wonderful experience! Allie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable!!

I just visited the store yesterday and purchased a 3 set system of orthotics. So far so good but at the time of purchase it was not clearly explained that these are not refundable nor do I possess a physical copy of their warranty. These inserts are extremely expensive and I truly hope they work.

I have feet issues ever since I was a child. I was always told as I age it would become more of a problem for me, which was so true. I have been to many podiatrists and I have even had reconstructive surgery on one foot. I have brought many types of orthotics, and still found that I was still in much pain. I even had one foot that my ankle was so swollen that I could not see my ankle, because I could feel myself walking on the inside of my foot and great toe. I also didn’t realize that I was wearing the wrong size shoe. It has been just a week, and already the swelling and pain has decreased so much. Allie, was so nice and took time with me to explain things to me and my daughter. I like the fact that she called to check on how I was doing. I really feel like I should have did this years ago. ☺️ I really think I will be having happy feet soon. Judith M.

The whole process was a very good experience., very professional and informative. When I got home, I immediately put the relaxation orthopedic in my slippers and couldn't believe how good my feet felt!
