We absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was so good that we ended up coming back twice during our 4-day holiday. The staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome every time.
The schnitzel was amazing, the steak was very good, and the carpaccio was delicious. But the star of the show was the apple strudel — honestly the best one we’ve ever had!
Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food, warm service, and a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
Ho scritto con mail per prenotare per 8 persone con un mese di anticipo, ma hanno risposto che non prendono prenotazioni, affermando che presentandosi presto il posto si trova. Ci siamo presentati alle 18 per la cena ma ci hanno risposto che non c’era disponibilità di tavoli. Ci siamo offerti di aspettare che si liberino tavoli, ma anche così non andava bene. Alla richiesta di come ci si deve comportare per cenare nel loro ristorante, si sono alterati. Non ci hanno voluto: perché italiani? Perché in 8? Non meritano. Recensione assolutamente negativa!

Traditionsrestaurant mitten in der Innsbrucker Altstadt und zum Glück KEINE Touristenfalle. Besonders gefallen hat uns das stilvolle Ambiente, der aufmerksame Service, die Nachhaltigkeitsbemühungen. Und natürlich: das leckere Essen (geschmorter Kürbis und Gröstl).
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Ho apprezzato molto i calici Riedel e una buona selezione di vini, peccato i ricarichi un po’ esagerati rispetto alla qualità del vino.
Rispetto ad altre strutture similari dove ho consumato regolarmente durante la permanenza ad Innsbruck, ho trovato i prezzi alti.
Ad ogni modo gli devo dire grazie perché non avendo prenotato, mi hanno comunque trovato un posto, al riparo dalla temperatura rigide.
Tolti questi piccoli appunti, una buna esperienza.

A historic inn and restaurant dating back to 1390. It serves traditional Tyrolean cuisine made with local ingredients from the region. One of the signature dishes to try is Tiroler Gröstl — a hearty mountain-style meal of potatoes, bacon, and onions that reflects the flavors of Tyrol’s alpine heritage.
Locale molto carino e curato, personale disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo mangiato un piatto tipico tirolese (Tiroler Gröstl) abbondante e saporito. Prezzi medio-alti ma nella media della zona (55€ per due piatti, acqua e due the caldi). Una lode particolare al ragazzo giovane, biondo e altissimo, veramente molto cordiale e disponibile. Bagni molto puliti.

Beste Unterkunft und bestes Restaurant Innsbrucks!! Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll, alles sauber und mega freundliches Personal. Super Lage mitten im Herzen der Stadt am Goldenen Dach. Im Restaurant unsere Favoriten: Hirschlasagne, Backhendl und Adler Knödeltrio. ein Traum! Macht den Aufenthalt in der schönen Stadt gleich noch schöner :) Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!
Rundum gelungen! Wir waren zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter im Restaurant und wurden von einem freundlichen Kellner und einem feierlich gedeckten Tisch begrüßt.
Das Essen war sehr gut, besonders das Schnitzel ist hervorzuheben. Perfekt hat den Abend der stets sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Service gemacht, wobei besonders der Service und die Gastfreundschaft von Sahel hervorzuheben ist.
Definitiv eine wiederempfehlung und werden wieder kommen.
