Long time customer and I am leaving because the drive in service has been poor. Had issues with the driver moving the location of our bins as well as being unprofessional over the last three years. Paying more and getting less is not a great business plan.

Been a customer for 6 years since moving to Sturgeon Bay. Early on, we had a bin blow over and recycling was in the yard. Driver picked up most of it. Just move to new location a few miles north in Sevastopol. Super easy account transfer, quick email replies, and didn't expect a pickup until next week, but already picked up after contacting Sunday for a Monday pickup. Excellent service, thanks! :-)

Thank you for your comment and let us clarify what you saw. Our trucks are known as split body trucks, allowing us to collect the trash in one side of the body, the flipping the diverter panel to collect recycling in the other side of the body. This allows us to use one truck on a route instead of having to send two trucks down the same road.
I pay a little more to have them come down my big driveway and they have been wonderful.
