Never received order. sent multiple messages to the company with no response. Disputed case on my card. No response from company for almost a month. three days before dispute timed out, they responded. My card is still looking into this however if I can save someone from this headache I will. I have now wasted countless hours shopping, emailing, and fighting the card company. My case is still ongoing, and I will be taking this to the BBB as well as this is absolutely ridiculous.

This company has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order with them for over $3,000 for trim materials, and it’s been over 2.5 months now. I still haven’t received any materials, and they haven’t refunded my money either. I’ve sent multiple emails and called over 100 times, but they don’t answer my calls, and when they do, they claim to be working on the issue (which is a lie). I’ve lost time and money on a significant project because of your deceitful behavior. Please refund my money immediately. If I can give them a zero star I would. Giving a one star is good for them. I do not play about my money

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do your research, they have good prices, but they take your order and never fulfill/deliver. IF they do, other buyers claim they are charging money on their credit cards for other orders fraudulently which turns into a credit card nightmare. I ordered in Feb, never delivered, emails and calls go unanswered. I disputed CC charge and reported site to a few authorities.

HUGE SCAM Ordered 1500 dollars worth of insulation, received a call that they would be packaging and shipping ASAP, that was the last I had heard from them. Called and left messages, emailed directly, emailed through their website. Started a dispute with my CC company.

WARNING Notice all the 1 star reviews have the SAME story. That’s not a coincidence. I ordered about $1700 worth of rockwool and after the initial email saying It had been put on a pallet I never got any tracking info beyond that and I waited weeks reaching out asking for updates and repeated lies were told to me. FACT is this company is a scam and I can assure you many of the 5 star reviews are certainly fake. Check Reddit if you want to see honest discussion about how horrible dealing with them is. So anyways my order never shipped and after calling and calling finally I get ahold of someone (THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE) The guy takes my order number put me on hold comes back and says I processed refund now mind you I NEVER asked for one. So now I’m furious because I’ve spent over a month playing literal games with these people for NOTHING. Now the guy did say they would send me my insulation” for free the next day” 😂😂 but still didn’t give me a tracking number so I summed that up to just more lies and nonsense like they couldn’t send it for over a month but Yah sure it’s gonna ship out now the next days And what do you know the next day I have no tracking info and no emails. They lie and play games. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just ship the products they claim to have tons of. I’m not sure why they choose to lie over and over and over making the customer more mad every time. But what I am sure of is this was the WORST experience during my homes renovation process I’ve experienced and if your like me and have a timeframe for completion and don’t want any extra stores I would avoid here. Hopefully the refund actually processes as many people say they didn’t get the refund and had to file claims with the bank. I will update as to how that situations ends up. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Don’t ever deliver what you buy They don’t actually deliver your stuff, don’t pick up the phone, don’t answer their website chat, and you have to chase them down on social media to even complain to anybody. I don’t see how they stay in business.

As per our policy if customer are not answering or respond to our calls we most cancel the order within 48 hours from the time you placed the order. Our team tried to contact yesterday after order #53859 placed on 3/1/2026 Sunday 10:17am. Our Brooklyn location closed on Sunday. Your order cancelled and fully refunded to your original payment method. Thank you and have a grate rest of the week.

I ordered a couple sheets of drywall about a month ago. the only update i have received is my order is being prepared. I called the company and wrote messages in their chat trying to get and ETA on when the items would be delivered and never got a response from any one. I called the customer service line and it had a full mail box. I called the sales line and they said they would speak to their manager and get back to me and i never got a response. Called back to cancel the order and get a refund and they said i should receive that within 3-4 business days and its been well over that with no refund. Cant believe they have so many 5 star reviews after what i have experienced. really think this is a scam site!

We ordered from this company and it never came. They claimed they would delivery it the next day but after speaking to the representative we knew it most likely wasn’t coming. They will charge your card and not deliver. Do not order from this company. Now we are losing out on the product we ordered and the money we paid for the guy to come out and fix our bathroom. SCAMMERS.
