Unprofessional No proper scheduling or follow-up, unresponsive RMs

BEYONDSKOOL IS A FRAUDULENT AND SCAMSTERS ONLINE CLASSES BOGUS SCHOOL SCAMSTERS AND CHEATERS.ANOTHER 25 CLASSES LEFT FOR MY KID BUT NO RESPONSE.PROMISED TO REFUND BUT THEN SAID THEY DONT HAVE REFUND POLICY.THESE GUYS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO COURT AND JAIL. ISNT THERE ANY AUTHORITY WHICH KEEPS AN EYE OF THESE KIND OF SCAMSTERS....

It's just and EYE WASH This is a usual scam like the all the other edutechs. They will be responsive to you until you feed them with upgrades. My daughter was into their class from past 2 years, and once when I had ended with the upgrade their communication with me was closed. Very very poor coordination, no proper form of information that is registered in order for us to review, their app or portal both don't work on our need, the proper form of course book or any other means of reference provided, no soft or hard copy, in the name of summary they give you a one line ppt of what is taught that day, which is not informative enough. The biggest scam in the name of scholarship, whose words are only told during the upgrade of the course and then never intimate us on that, or given information about it , it is just an eyewash with big talks. You can only rely on the counselor that is alloted to you, no customer support, nothing. Even I wasn't provided with a proper certificate of the completion for my child. I had been asking them for almost 3 months and no response to it. Though I will not lie that their educational topics are good, don't fall fot the big words that they promise you with, also it is way too pricey for what they provide you with. It is not worth

Worst I had very worst experience, no proper communication/ coordination. I paid for 1year,still my daughter has 20 classes pending,they are not ready to refund or take classes.Its more than 4months I am talking to the coordinator, no response.No one contacted me.Its waste of money.I don't suggest Beyondskool for anyone.

Cheater organization The promises given are only oral until we pay the full amount after that,now they say they wont refund the amount. The Coordinators wont respond properly.I have been struggling to get my refund for the past 1 year. When they never show you the company policy during enrollment, now they talk about company policy on withdrawal and refund. Absolute waste of my money!

Cheaters This organization can not be trusted. I have a written communication from their sales manager for referral bonus and have still not received it. It was due for payment 6-7 months back. I have been following up with their team but they are just making up things. Very Frustrating Experience.

Beware, do not pay in full. Timings will be changes uninformed Beware, do not pay in full. They keep on changing the timings and will not be informed. The coordinators of tutors will be reachable after sometimes and later point will not be known what to do next.

False Promises! Do not pay full money for the course! When we enroll the kids, they promised we can withdraw from the classes if we don't wish to proceed. I enrolled 2 kids for 1 full course and both of them are not interested in proceeding further as they do not find it interesting or engaging. Worst management Poor service, poor communication

GOOD EXPERIENCE WE HAD VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AT BEYOND SCHOOL.MY DAUGHTER IMPROVE HER MATH SKILLS.HER TEACHER PREETI KASODHAN IS GOOD. I WILL GIVE HER FIVE STAR FOR TEACHING MY DAUGHTER.

Fraud and cheaters I enrolled my daughter in this online class .as they take 6 months fee and said if u want to cancel the class within a month u will get full payment return and after one month if u want to cancel the u will get remaining months fee return...but when I said to cancel the class because lack of interest and other issues from teachers of beyond like late coming and other childs internet issue ..so lot of wasting of time, I said to cancel the class and return my money...but they didn't....I tried many times but no refund has come.they guys just give any false excuses..I lost my hard earning money 12000 rupees ..guys pls pls pls don't trust this organization,they are cheaters

Session not completed Beyondskool cheated us. They have taken fees for whole one year and they failed to complete it.they stop the class before the session completion. No one is replying after doing countinous follow-up. They have not provided certificate also..I will not recommend this school..

This place is scam even the director called and apologized on thire mission to scam people

This is a scam The teacher doesn't know what they are teaching non of their applications actually work and the management is very irresponsible,. they say if you are not satisfied then they will refund the money and that's as a lie.... total wast of 10000rs and i there is no cost for time waste for my kid

Money minded, Unprofessional.Take the complete term enrollment fees by making false promises

Horrible Ed tech platform So i first started beyondskool during my son's summer vacation in Dubai. The demo classes were excellent. the course i registered for was for an hour for 4 days. It consisted of 2 classes of Math, 1 class of STEM and 1 class for English. Problems galore since day 1 1.after making payment for 1 semester of 48 classes, they realized they dont have a batch for another week. After a lot of fight and arguments and wasting my money over the phone, they agreed to give 4 more demo classes. 2 Once the classes begun, their portal had connectivity issues, the teachers would not mute their mobile phones and the class would essentially only last for 40-45 minutes. 3 So again after a lot of arguments I got the lectures shifted out from beyondskool portal to google meet. There the relationship manager had to admit both the teacher and the student and every single class we faced a delay of 10 minutes in beginning the class and the class getting over 5 mins early. Firstly I cant believe that in a city of Mumbai one can have internet connection issues. The relationship manager had a new excuse every single day on why there was a delay in commencing the class and why the class would end 5 minutes early. 4 If the teachers changed, the new teacher would not know what topic had been last taken. All in all please dont go for it and try something else.

cheaters My twins were taking olympiad classes their very first class was fine then they messed up with the grade level second they messed with timings and teacher given to teach and the course .They are not a responsible organization to give our kids a future in their hands.My kids hardly took 3 classes but this beyndskool was not good, the relationship manager is big fool he doesn't know how to follow up, he always has a communication gap.So now with all this problem we cancel the classes and asked for refund they told us that they have issued a credit but I haven't received it yet ,they are now fooling and telling us after 45 days that their policies have been changed and refusing to give money back we have all proof where they confirmed that they will refund our money .Parents don't sign your kids with them its a humble request otherwise you all will end up like this one.These people think they can take away our hard earned money .Please save your money by not falling into their scam.

Cheater organization I feel like I got cheated with this organisation. My son is a special child i told the counsellor at the very first meeting. Counsellor confirm that they had special teacher who can handle it. Bt this dosent happened after giving various instructions they keep on presenting same teacher. Now as i ask them to refund my amount they are saying as ur kid has taken 1 month classes we cannot refund it. Grt organization. Thank you. It's better to opt for any local group instead of going with these big names who don't understand the purpose just want to make a sales. Shame on you on doing this type of fraud...
