Karla post op message
The massage therapist Karla at the Los Angeles location is horrible. I was day 2 out of surgery going to get my message kind in kind I tried to remove the message package deal months before my procedure because I read up about the message therapist and goals wouldn’t let me still wanted me to pay 1,000$ for the messages . So I went in she was on her phone while talking to me telling me to change into their bra and underwear she was scrolling on instagram. She told me she’s be back when I was done changing . Took me 1 mins to change she came back like 7 mins later I was just standing there . Already in pain . She told me lay down and she immediately told me the messages are 10x worse than the actual procedure , I already lost all confidence for this message at this point . She starts telling me that I need to buy their bbl pillow which is 200$ and a faja from them which is also 200$ . Mind you the message package is 1,000$ you would think it would come with at least the faja . So I m laying down she puts the oil or lotion one of them on my back I jump a little because it’s COLD and the room is ALSO COLD . So she said well the way you jumped to my touch lets me know that this will be very uncomfortable and it’s not my hands it’s your body from all the work it’s just went though . She says her hands are gentle and it’s not her she starts from the top of my back and goes straight down HARD IT FELT LIKE A ROCK WAS SCRAPPING MY BACK APPLYING SO MUCH PRESSURE FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM OF MY BACK IMMEDIATELY I TOLD HER PLEASE STOP . And I began to CRY . She DID NOT CARE WHATS SO EVER . She said I’m going to note the account that you couldn’t do the message and she asked if I was coming the next day so she knows if the appointment needs to be canceled . Her service is horrible she’s rude , also doesn’t know how to properly perform the post op messages I don’t request her at all I can keep going on and on long story short I canceled all my post op messages and found someone else I had to RE PY 1,000$ for the messages
