Hi , I’m writing this review for my wife as she ask me to do so because she is recovering now. Her surgery went good but the problem is the Massage lady Mercede Her name is Mercede this lady is clueless. My wife ask her after her drainage is she supposed to wear her Faja or waist trainer the lady said I’m not sure she have to ask the other massage lady. Then my wife ask Mercede how many massages should she get she said let me ask the other lady . At this point I will be in contact With BBB because something is not right about Mercede she is clueless. Plus she ask for a tip when she does not have a clue. Goals must not be paying employees no money because she is clueless

I had a VERY Unethical and Unprofessional Experience. My experience with Goals Plastic Surgery has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I initially paid a $250 booking fee after being told over the phone that this was the only non-refundable amount. Later, I found out that their contract listed a $1,000 non-refundable fee. I scheduled a telehealth with Dr. Shannon, 2 days before they called and said half of the overall payment was due. I should have went with my gut and waited until after the “telehealth” consultation Friday. Friday came, I called and asked for a zoom link (I live 6 hours away), and texted. I was never sent a link, nor communicated with that the telehealth would not happen. The next week I received a phone call saying they’re having to move my surgery since the surgeon has become “unavailable” during my original scheduled date. Not to mention, every time you call it’s someone different! You cannot call and ask to speak with someone by name you’ve talked to before. After all of this happened, I decided to cancel my procedure. I was well in the window in the contract to cancel. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was an additional $2,500 anesthesia charge that is not refundable even though I never had the surgery!!?!? When I reached out to clarify, I was met with rude and dismissive customer service. Representatives gave me conflicting information each time I called, and no one seemed willing to actually review the phone call where I was verbally told something completely different on 7/10 and 7/11 about only $250 being non-refundable. I asked repeatedly for that call to be reviewed (since they always said it was recorded) and for management to contact me — and no one ever followed through. It feels like this company preys on clients through misleading verbal promises, only to later hide behind confusing contracts (you sign one that you’re sent but at the very end in tiny font it says “read the full contract terms on the website”) and refuse refunds for services not rendered. I would strongly caution anyone considering this clinic to get everything in writing and to record any phone calls if possible. I did record phone calls and plan to take small courts legal action. $2,500 is not cheap in today’s economy! I also reported them to the BBB. When I said I was taking legal action, the representative said she can no longer talk with anymore and gave me an email for their legal team. When I asked for an address or phone number I was told she cannot provide that information that MY lawyer has to contact them for it. Which is untrue. I regret trusting this company with my money and peace of mind. Transparency and integrity should come first in healthcare, especially in the cosmetic industry but that was not my experience with Goals Plastic Surgery. I read the reviews before and truly wish I would have listened.

I was told by the massage lady name 🚩Mercedes to continue to wrap my body with tape everyday after surgery for the bleeding. I have burns on my leg and butt But she was wrong, This is my body after using tape for almost a week . She didn’t even do my Lymphatic drainage correct, I found that out from another massage place. I ask how long she been doing lymphatic drainage she said for about 3 weeks . I thought it was a joke guess not .

I ask her have she done a Lymphatic massage before she said no only a regular massage .So I said how did u get this job she stated I told them I can do a massage and was hire .. But the lady did show me today

If the doctor knows that you need a tummy tuck they should tell you to get just that for the look you want. not just collect your money and have u still with a big stomach. My wife is upset because they offer her to get lipo and her stomach is still big like she is 6 months pregnant . Because they want you to keep coming back collecting ur money in Maryland.

Please do your research on these plastic surgeon office. I've lost lots of money on deposits and you never meet the surgeon until days before your procedure. I live locally and I requested a in person consultation. I was told I had to lock in a date for surgery and pay my deposit before they would see me and that would virtual. When I called the office directly they would not even ask a basic question without getting all of my personal information. I have a problem with paying a non refundable payment of 250.00. These places try to collect as much as possible off the top without even know if the procedure your requested will work for you. I've been to local surgeon that charge for consultation but not the amount equal to a deposit for a procedure. If decided not to use them your out of 500.00

Este Lugar es lo peor para realizarse una cirugía , 1 lugar ellos te roban el dinero porque cuando estás haciendo el procedimiento de pago todo bien pero ya pagando , no te contestan las llamadas y tampoco te hacen saber algún cambio que hagan en el día de la cita.. el personal en la oficina de MD no le dan respuesta de nada al cliente , yo me hice mi cirugía aquí me cobraron 500$ por 2 drenajes y solo recibí 1 fui el día de mi cita y no me atendieron tampoco me dejaron saber con anticipación y mucho menos me devolvieron el dinero.. las que atienden ai son groceras con los clientes. Mi cirugía me la habían cancelado y me dejaron sin fecha de cirugía estuve en el teléfono por 3/4 horas sin tener respuesta luego me contestó alguien y me sale grocera y me dijo que me cargarían 1,700 más por hacerme otra cita y eso era un cargo por la cancelación de la cirugía ( yo nunca cancelé ellos lo hicieron) y les pedí mi dinero de regreso y no me lo podían devolver y si lo hacían se demoraban y no me lo devolvían completo tenía que pagar una parte… es una estafa. Ojalá y les cierren esos lugares así.. 😡donde juegan con los clientes y de paso les roban.

Worst service experience I have ever had. I paid $1300 for injections. It’s been a month and I have not seen the injections yet. They are scammers and every time I call in to find out what’s going on the representatives argue with me. the worst!

The worst post operation care in the world! When you show up for your appointments neither the masseuse, nor doctor is there. You have to call the doctor and harass him regarding his office in professionalism, scheduling mistakes and lack of timeliness to see their patients. I would never recommend this location to anyone!

Idk if they slow or something first of all watch YouTube videos on this place. LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS After doing my research I decided against going here but I’d already put a deposit down. No where in the document I signed does it say anything about no refunds. I told the representative I’m not doing it. She texted back like 4/5 times then when I finally was like no give me my money back she hasn’t texted me back. I contacted my bank to get it sorted out cause yeah no.

By far , the lack of communication has failed . They told me my appt was at 11am verbally and electronically to me at least 3 times . Once I got there , the Latina girl told me my appt was at 2. I tried to show her the email but she didn’t care . I didn’t get no apologies or no compensation. The whole experience was miserable. I was there from 10:45 to 6pm for a flex Jaw and sculpt . Def no 30 min procedure . Dr. Morrow was great but the rest of the office needs some customer service skills . It seems as if they overbook with not enough staff . At least if you having us wait for hours, there should be a tv in the waiting room . I felt like I was in a make shift office . Today is my follow up at 11am . Of course they tell me they are running behind again . Had I known all this, I would have , gone through a diff company . I will check back in once I finally get the post up massage and a week later to see the results . So far , so bad . btw, this is the MD office .

GBURG, MD: Lack communication, unorganized, and unprofessional, they also seem too understaffed to provide adequate care for their patients. They scheduled multiple people around the same time so my mom ended up waiting 2 hours past her appointment time to even get prepped. Then they provide no instructions to the escorts for the patient— i was worried about my mom so i went in person to the suite at 5:35 (after waiting 5 hours with no update) the lady going to tell me 25 min prior that i won’t be able to get in building after 6 therefor won’t be able to get my mom if past 6. No info was relayed AT ALLL, if i hadn’t shown up when i did i would’ve never known. Mind you while waiting the 5 hours i was on hold w them trying to get an update but got no answer at all. Can’t account for their talents but i would not feel safe with the lack of info given to my mom and I, they need better customer service.

Had my procedure on April 2nd and all I can say was this was not a good experience at all. My coordinator was not informative and was very vague with the information. She completely stopped communicating after my balance was paid in full. I contacted her a few times and asked her to call me just to see if she would and she never did even though she said was going to. Other people also tried to contact her on my behalf and she was never available. I wanted my procedure done in March since they were having a promotion and I had the time off work and the patient coordinator & scheduling dept’s lack of communication made me miss 3 dates in March so I had to have it in April which was an inconvenience for me. Everyone that I spoke with had a lack of follow up. They swear they'll call you back or get a manager to call and no one ever did. I've even been hung up on just trying to understand their process with scheduling. The day of the procedure came and I was scheduled at 11am and was not seen until about 2pm. Everything was fine until I had to get numbed. They gave me sedation medicine prior to but it had not kicked in while I was getting numbed so I was not comfortable at all. The medicine did end up kicking in so I was in and out. I left walking out and feeling fine after my procedure and had post-op scheduled the next day. I arrived the next day just find out the office was closed. No one called to let me know it was closed and this location does not have a direct number. I called the main number over 20 times with no answer. I had to act like I was a new client trying to get a consultation just to get in contact with someone. I waited at the office for 3 hours for them to give me an answer as to why the office would be closed when I was scheduled. I finally went home when someone from the ATL office called to say someone showed up, it was now 4pm! I told them I just spent $100 in a Uber to come there for my SCHEDULED appointment. The woman told me she would escalate my concern with the GM Umar who stated to come to the next day and I'll be the first one seen. She also stated the GM would be there to speak to regarding the inconvenience. I arrived the following day to be drained and massaged. The GM was not there and the woman who gave me the massage said that the girl called out the day before. Again, I stated no one called me to let me know that so I wouldn't have to spend my money. She didn't care about my concern and kept it moving. I was only given a faja even though my contract included a butt pillow. After my post-op appointment I tried to get in contact with the GM every which way I could and was given the run-around by everybody. I still have all the text messages stating they were going to escalate my concern and nothing was ever done. At this point I was over it. I reached out to my PC to see if I can obtain my butt pillow and she stated they MD office was closed and they never responded back to her. At this point I was tired of reaching out. As far as my results, I do I like it but I really wish they would have provided more detailed post-op instructions. There are a lot of questions and concerns I had but I was turned off by their lack of care and communication. It wasn't until 2 weeks later that I found my own post-op nurse to assist me. My body is going through a lot of changes that I wish I would have known how to handle those things right after surgery, Til this day I have not heard back anything from anybody. I did not feel cared for at all and don't recommend this location. Update: just to mention, i am also uneven !!!! The left side has more fat than the right. I tried to give it time to see if it was just swelling and no I’m actually uneven.

I got my double bbl with flex sculpt with Dr. Morrow this past Tuesday.I absolutely love my results! He was super nice and, did his job well. I highly recommend him.

only leaving one star cus its required to leave a review. i went to the Atlanta location. i had my surgery on March 29th it was originally supposed to be on March 25th but they called and pushed it back AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR MY PLANE TICKETS. i had to pay extra to change my flights that was the FIRST red flag. but i went on a head with the surgery. i was supposed to recieve flexsculpt360 dbl bbl and flexsculpt of my arms. when i get there they tell me i cant get 360 or flexsculpt of the arms. and they refused to refund me my $2500 dollars FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT DOOOO. i was pissed. I had a TERRIBLE experience overall. i do like my results but my experience with Goals ATL as a whole was TERRIBLE. ZERO OUT OF TEN DO NOT RECOMMEND. i will NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN. if i decide to go and get another round lipo360 it will absolutely NOT BE WITH GOALS. just TERRIBLE.

My results is horrible I pretty much just gave them my money!!! No results something I cld have went to the gym to get NYC was my location of service I DO NOT RECOMMEND BTW IM ALMOST 2 years out thinking of going to MIA AESTHETICS Ps do your research DO NOT GO TO GOALS!!!
