I underwent a FlexSculpt 360 with J Plasma at Goals Plastic Surgery on June 9, 2026, performed by Dr. Debra Stafford. What I experienced before, during, and after this procedure is something every prospective patient deserves to know in full before they hand over their money or their body.
The wait time on the day of my procedure was excessive and completely unacceptable. I was left waiting for an extended period with no meaningful communication, no updates, and no regard for my time or my anxiety as a patient preparing for surgery.
What happened after my procedure was even worse. I was discharged from this facility without a single piece of paperwork. No discharge papers. No aftercare instructions. Nothing. I left a surgical center after a major body contouring procedure with absolutely no written guidance on how to care for myself, what to watch for, what medications to take, what activities to avoid, or when to follow up. Ten days later, I still have not received discharge paperwork or aftercare instructions of any kind. As a patient who underwent lipo 360 with J Plasma across multiple areas, I have been navigating my own recovery blindly because this facility failed to provide the most basic standard of post-operative care.
To make matters significantly worse, a staff member approached me in a confrontational and argumentative manner during what was already an incredibly vulnerable time. I had just had surgery. I was in a weakened physical state. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional, aggressive, and completely inappropriate for a medical setting. It left me shaken and without the support I should have received as a post-surgical patient in their care.
I did not go public with this immediately. I attempted to resolve every single one of these issues privately and through proper channels first. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have filed a complaint with the California Medical Board. I have escalated my concerns directly to executive leadership at the company. Despite all of this, ten days after my surgery, I have received no resolution, no outreach, no accountability, and no aftercare documentation.
This is not a case of a patient who had unrealistic expectations. I prepared seriously for this procedure. I did my research. I invested significant money trusting this facility with my health, my safety, and my body. What I received in return was a surgical outcome with zero post-operative support, a confrontational staff interaction that should never happen in any medical environment, and complete silence when I tried to address it.
The absence of discharge papers alone is a serious patient safety issue, not an inconvenience. Every surgical patient has the legal and ethical right to written aftercare instructions. That this has gone unresolved for ten days after repeated attempts to address it privately tells you everything you need to know about how this facility values its patients once the payment has cleared.
If you are considering Goals Plastic Surgery, please go in with full awareness. Document everything from the moment you arrive. Ask for all paperwork in writing before you leave the building. Know your rights as a patient in California. And know that if something goes wrong, the accountability you deserve may not come easily.
You are not just a procedure. You deserve a facility that treats you that way.

My stomach still almost the same I ask for hips I don't have hips my butt one is bigger than the other....I follow all the directions and I don't see difference I feel I waist my money and time....I ask for doctor Zue ( asian doctor) and they give me another woman doctor plus the surgery was very painful đ I feel every single needle she doesn't care that I was in pain ....horrible experience after surgery nobody from Goals call me or text at least to know if im OK until today
I HAD A BAD NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AFTER SURGERY I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL AS THE COORDINATOR ON LOS ANGELES LOCATION TO COMPLAINT AND THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY UPCOMING APPOINTMENT SO I WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR MY POST OP TO GO GET RE EVALUATED SO THEY CAN SAY I HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE AGAIN TO FIX THE PROBLEM I WENT IN FOR AND ADDED A EXTRA ON SIDE HUMP I AM SO DEVASTATED I WENT TO GOALS TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF RE GAIN MY CONFIDENCE NOT COVER MYSELF AND FEEL ASHAME I WENT WITH A GOAL I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WAS PROMISED . I had chin liposuction here. Liz was the medical assistant that helped me and also did my post op massage. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She was very patient with me and my million follow up questions. I truly belive that she went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I will be getting more cosmetic work done here solely because of Liz. Thank you Liz, you are the best! âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸

BECAREFUL! They will try to convince you to put down a deposit of $500 right away before speaking to a medical professional. If you request to get your refund back they will not give it. I asked to get my money returned the same day and they gave me a hard time. I had to contact my bank and explain the situation because they wanted to charge me an additional $1500 to get my refund back of $500. Literal SCAM. Look up the doctors yourself, because the one I was given wasnât even licensed to do the procedure I wanted. Yes, he is board certified in general surgery but NOT plastic surgery. Goals Plastic Surgery also blocked me on instagram because I wanted refund back, just do your homework on these chop shops.

So bad I will never go back they over charge you and charge you for things they canât even provide there for you like certain massages they never gave the right Fajaâs they told me to get bigger so the day of my surgery to throw some of my fat just away instead of fill it all up in me also my bbl look so nature and my stomach is awful one side look fatter than the other side if I could possibly go back in time and do it else were I would I guess the only good thing they did not mess up in is keeping me a live plus they also massage my whole body including my butt after surgery due to bc they didnât have the proper massage employees when I told this to the doc I heard him get the lady in trouble and in up finding out she was just a front desk lady trying to so call help out! đ¤Śââď¸ I deserve a refund tbh!! Dr.Solomon was the one who finished me very disappointed when told him I donât like my result he responded with the way your body was before was way worse.
I had lipo 360 and had a great experience with Dr Hsu. Amazing Dr. by the way answered all my questions and did amazing. It was a different experience being awake thatâs for sure but nothing scary they always made sure I was comfortable and safe.
Now the day after is why I didnât give 5 stars because when I went back for the free massage. You get exactly that just a free massage I was in soooo much pain I was already draining. The woman giving me my massage was not experienced in post op massages at all. She was pressing so hard on my back and stomach when that didnât need to happen. I went to an actual real post op massage specialist and they even said no one needs to be adding more trauma day after surgery. I would say skip out on the FREE massage they offer because itâs not worth it. Literally when I walked out the door after that free massage I threw up because of how much pain I was in. Do not buy any massage packages with them itâs not worth it not even the free one.
I am not happy with my results. What they promote in their videos, especially for bigger women, is misleading and does not reflect the results I received. I am very upset and disappointed.My experience with Dr. Solomon was also negative. He was rude and appeared upset when I asked questions. I did not receive the proper care or respect I expected as a patient.
The results I expected based on their videos are nothing compared to what I actually received. I paid $7,350 and I am not satisfied.
I have already started looking into fixing this issue and have had consultations with other doctors. They have told me that I was taken advantage of and was not properly advised on the correct decision for my body.This experience has left me very sad and disappointed, and I do not recommend this place.

I did not have a good experience from surgery date changing to procedure changing. I have been emailing and have not received a response. My phone prior to procedure was receiving calls and messages every day, now no one will return my calls. I was told I would be reimbursed for procedure not completed and I have not. Dr. Solomon was very upfront with me and what was expected. But the staff failed to communicate to me the change until 8 days before surgery date. Preop day I was told procedure would be done and the day of surgery Dr told me otherwise.
I had Lipo 360 & Double BBL last Monday Dec 1.
Let me first start off by saying Dr. Hsu is actually a great doctor from start to finish. He listened to my body imperfections and not only did he correct what I told him I hated about my body he literally gave me the best shape I still canât believe his work is fantastic. I would definitely give him 5 stars.
Most of the nurses in the office are very nice. And there was one that I talked to she was awesome she really had me relaxed literally by just having a basic conversation with me.
However I must say the lady that did my massage the next day was rude, and she gave me a 5 minute massage and rushed me out the office because she stated I came at the wrong time. But I came at the time I was given. She had me wait almost an hour to be seen, I couldnât sit on my butt so I was standing so long I felt like I was going to fall out. Thatâs how long she had me waiting. She was very unprofessional in my opinion. Other than the massage therapist I definitely suggest Goals. I wasnât even going to give this review a 5 stars because of her, but because the Dr did his thing I had too!

STAY AWAY!!! They are liars and rude as wellâŚThis place will rip you off and not deliver any of their promises by management or surgeons. Once they got you signed then good luck. No follow ups after surgery. No communication. They donât respond to your calls or messages at all. The Los Angeles office where I had my procedure at is horrible and I'm not happy with my results at all. I went and showed my issues with the surgeon, Dr Hsu and he agreed that I need a correction of the lipo on the areas that he did since they donât match and I paid extra for it plus I paid for J- plasma which was supposed to give me a snatched look. But guess what ?! Their management hasnât gotten back to any of my calls and complaints to this day. The only response I got is to pay again for everything for their mistake if I want a correction.
