I pray everyone that was scammed get triple their money back. It is so sad taking advantage of people who have paid for services and robbed of their time and money. Misleading people who want to correct their flaws is so demonic. This company will not last long. The crazy part about this is that I followed them on social media bc i have considered making a change in my appearance and let me tell you i deleting their account after reading the unsatisfied reviews and everyone said almost the same thing about this facility Shame on yall give them people back their money.
I can not believe the plastic surgery community allows this kind of deplorable affliction and torcher they have inflicted on there victims. I pray they will be found out and punished by the medical community. There needs to be a class action suit filed against them.

PLEASE RUN DON’T WALK to an Efficient Plastic Surgery business. First and Foremost one star is too much for this SHAM of a Plastic Surgery Operation. I was scheduled THREE times to meet with and have a Consultation with one of the Plastic Surgeons. One year later and the doctor and the Staff still could not make it happen. If he is too busy to consult with me then I am too busy to pay my hard earned money for his time or services. Goals Plastic Surgery is a complete JOKE. I had to cancel my Procedure bcuz my Husband nor myself had any FAITH in anything they said would happen. I could never even get a straight solid answer as to how many days I needed to be in New York post surgery in order to book my airfare and hotel. The answer varied from 1 day to 5 days. Also they HOUND you about deadlines payments and LATE payments that they tack on if you are outside of their deadlines. PLEASE RUN!!!!!!!!! It’s so True You Get What You Pay For!!!!!!!!.
10/10 the only regret I have is I should’ve done it sooner! But the staff is amazing! Dr. V was wonderful and very patient educated me on the best procedures for my body type. My results are amazing! Don’t wait get the surgery!

They just got my girl big time today. She all in the bed crying. But fr I kinda do kinda don’t feel sorry for her. She rushed and I knew she didn’t take the due diligence as needed for something this serious. Very messed up place. Always follow your gut.
Warning: Deceptive Practices at Goals
Goals engages in deceptive practices and should be avoided. Their operations are extremely disorganized — every time you call, you receive conflicting information. They withhold important details until after you’ve already made a deposit, at which point unexpected costs and conditions appear.
When I asked for my deposit back due to receiving incorrect information, they flat-out refused. This is unacceptable and feels like financial abuse. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB, and working to have an internal investigation opened on this company in general, as I am certain I am not the only person they have did this too.
Stay clear of this company.
I almost went to goals but it seemed sketchy don’t even see a doctor for a consultation just book and pay over the phone very sketchy good thing I went with my gut a lot of people say it’s terrible and they get scammed too. They don’t seem to care about the people. Who books a surgery and pays over the phone and doesn’t even see the surgeon for a consultation first? Shouldn’t be allowed.And some people pay for lipo etc and get there for the surgery and the doctor like you need skin removal that’s another reason for a consultation to talk to these folks about what’s best.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Goals Plastic Surgery and would rate them zero stars if possible. I paid the full amount of $5,400, three months in advance, for a procedure they were ultimately unable to perform. A comprehensive consultation and planning process were entirely absent; had they been conducted, my surgery would not have been scheduled. On the day of the surgery, I was informed the procedure could not proceed, and a different option was offered, which I declined. The staff's response was unprofessional and upsetting. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I have not received any refund. They did not contact me until after I initiated a dispute with my bank, at which point they informed me I had forfeited the entire amount due to my bank action. I am seeking legal counsel regarding this matter, including information on potential class-action lawsuits. Their conduct was far below the expected standards of professionalism and courtesy, and I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this entire experience.
My experience was nothing but amazing! The staff is amazing! Answered all of my questions,they were patient and kind. Dr. Z did her thing! Super nice! And I Love ❤️ my results. I haven’t even gotten the surgery and it has started terrible. As soon as you inquire 3-4 people began calling and texting you to get you to put a deposit down. While I was speaking to one rep , 2 others were calling. I had to ask “ do yall not see when someone has been assigned “? I ended up speaking to Georgina and she told me to put down $500 to save my date. I told her that I was only inquiring and she told me that the price was only set until Aug 31. After it would go up $1500. So after her telling me several times it would never be this low again I told her I would but asked did I half to pay anything else . She told me no until 10 days before surgery. Next day a rude woman named Naomi from billing called me demanding that I pay half immediately! I explained to her my conversation with Georgina and she told me she didn’t care if I didn’t pay I would be charged a late fee of $500. I hung up .. tried to call Georgina on the “ personal number” she gave me and I told her what the lady said . She told me she was calling to see what was going on and now she hasn’t returned my calls or text . However when she was pressuring me for my deposit she called and texted all day . There is no real communication with the office you only speak to answering service representatives. I knew it was sketchy and am glad that I read that I only had to put down $250 on the payment link after she tried to get $500.i made her redo the payment request . I only went here because of the influencer Alonzo and I know his standards seem high but apparently if you’re not an influencer that will shed their mess to the world then they’ll try to handle you. Why would I pay and I’ve never been to the facility , met the doctor , got full details of what will be done or any other information other than an appointment date from a text. I was afraid that the rep could’ve been a scammer. The crazy thing is I haven’t even been cleared by my doctor yet . So what if I’m not cleared , then that means I just gave away $3000 that I see I would have a hard time to get refunded. I would advise going to a doctor office that has more connections with every client and actually interact with their patients and not a commercial doctor office. They are mess from the beginning. I hate I will loose my $250 but if this how they do business then I know everything else going to be a mess.
