Any kind of treatment which is required for our teeth is ably recommended by her and her extremely competent team of dentists. I can't help but wonder why I didn't find Dr. Shail earlier, especially after spending so many years growing up in Pune. It would have saved me from the painful experience of needing a Re-RCT. Dr. Shail has truly been a blessing in my case. I initially visited Dr. Shail for a second opinion after my previous RCT(root canal) treatment, performed by another specialized dentist from Pune, failed within a year. While other dentists were skeptical about the success of the Re-RCT and suggested extraction, Dr. Shail confidently assured me that saving the tooth was possible with a Re-RCT—and she delivered on that promise !!!
Dr. Shail’s work was exceptional—she not only performed the Re-RCT flawlessly but also successfully saved my tooth. She was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process, taking care of all my concerns and requests. Both Dr. Shail and Dr. Surabhi took the time to clearly explain the challenges involved, the treatment plan, timelines, and costs, which gave me complete peace of mind. They even prioritized my treatment, coordinating everything to fit within my travel schedule and ensuring the entire procedure was completed within a month.

For conducting such a wonderful one to one interactive 5 days Clinical Excellence Course & also for simplifying dentistry to us by teaching us & giving easy tips & tricks to do better & non invasive work in our practice. Its definitely a must do course for beginners, PGs and also to refresh your basics & to better at it. They have really helpful clinical/non clinical staff too. It is definitely worth doing from all aspects!! Upgrading Dentistry!!
