READ and TRUST all the negative comments here! do not buy any constructions completed by GN management, their work quality is terrible, cheap, unprofessional. Their response after sale is zero. They are afraid of warranty claim, thus, they do response slowly for repair but the repair work is also terrible. We found empty beer bottles behind walls, my window frame had cracked due to misalignment, the thru-wall ACs have air leakage, missing insulation on the load bearing wall, etc. Save yourself time and energy, don't buy any properties completed by GN management.

I've never had to work with such a negligent group of individuals to maintain a property. The lack of urgency and care to their properties is extremely apparent in the speed they respond to raised issues. Living here the past 3 months, there has not been a single day where there has not been at least 2 ongoing issues with the unit, and I'm truly at a loss at how else I can make their job easier for them at this point. ISSUES: - Did not have a complete set of keys ready for myself and my roommate, and it took 3 weeks for them to replace it - Did not pass a mailbox key the old tenant - took over a month just to access my LEGAL mail - Left irreparable burn marks on marble countertops and refuse to get it replaced - clearly broken chandelier on move-in that took 3 MONTHS to replace - Ongoing electricity issues - ALL maintenance issues have taken at LEAST 3 weeks to fix - and much more. If I were a landlord, I would steer clear away from this pathetic excuse of what they call a "management" company. And even more a warning if you're a prospective tenant - they will continuously ignore your emails, phone calls, text messages, and then claim they were "out of office" when you raise an issue. They have never met a single deadline over the past 3 months of living here, and as a tenant I promise that YOU will have to make the call to remind them for a deadline THEY missed. Working with these individuals is absolute misery, and I cannot wait for my lease to end. I'm convinced all 5 star reviews on this page are fabricated and were instructed to be written by their own employees.

We were one of the first tenants to move in to the property as soon as it was opened. We lived there for about five years with 2 kids (from 2019 to 2024). our kids always remembers Nanak Niwas as their home. They were very responsive and acted ASAP if at all any issues were complained. Great place!!

warning, all the five star reviews are from employees that work with GN management. avoid this company and protect your peace of mind. I am currently leasing an apartment in jersey city and from day one I’ve experienced nothing but issues. ISSUES: -dirty unit upon move in, management (Arthi and Shashank) told me they would have the unit professionally cleaned but didn't because they said "it looked clean" to them -inoperable keyhole, management admitted they knew of this issue weeks before my move in and nothing about it -electric issues, most outlets were unusable and breaker would consistently trip -washer issues, hot and cold water valves were not connected -garage entry always blocked, parking authority did nothing -dishonest communication with management, would avoid my number but answer from a different number -nonexistent maintenance, they would show up to examine the issues and never come back to resolve it -I saw water damage in the both bathrooms ceiling and management said it was an issue that was resolved months ago. a few days later my upstairs neighbor used their bathroom and the sheetrock fell off and water is began leaking from my ceiling. they did nothing about it -poor construction: paper thin walls/floor (I could hear my upstairs neighbor use the bathroom), kitchen cabinets don’t line up, tiles are wonky and lifted, caulking and sealer smeared on appliances, residue on walls, doors don’t close well or stay shut It is becoming inhabitable and I have only lived here nine days. I cannot believe I am paying little under $3000/mo for a dirty, loud, and non working unit. GM Management does Nothing to correct their lack of inspection.

worst management company if you have any problems because of them. they do not solve them and blatantly deceive you. I never want to deal with these people again. and I do not advise you. I called and asked for a second key which they gave me 4 MONTHS later. It's their fault that I don't have energy in the apartment and they don't want to do anything about it. WORST SERVICE IN JERSEY CITY.

One of the best and beautiful lofts I am staying into. The Developers GN Management has completed changed the game of the renters market. The details in the apartment I am staying into is so charismatic. Pot fillers, , inbuilt ceiling speakers, Italian Kitchen, my appliances(Italian make) are bang-up what any renter could would have only dreamt of. Talking about the management! Super duper friendly, very proactive on any queries. The details in the bathroom and kitchen are worth to checkout. Cannot disclose everything☺️. Cheers to GN Management!

I have had a great experience with this property management company. They are swift in responding to any queries, concerns and issues. They have done a great job of maintaining the property The Lofts at 165. I have had a very pleasant stay so far!

We have recently moved around two weeks ago and we love our new place!, GN Management has made our experience stress free. They are very responsive in such a short time and care for all their tenants. Great experience so far.

I have been living at Nanak Niwas (A GN management property) for 2+ years and this is the longest time I have stayed at one place. As the apartments are relatively new the in-home insulation is great thereby not needing the Air conditioning or heating most of the times in Summer or Winter respectively. Amenities are just enough for the rent. Tenants are private on regular days but come together and celebrate during festivals and occasions. Building Maintenance at times is a challenge but that's something I have experienced at other places too and I can give the management a benefit of doubt considering the labor shortage during peak covid. Overall a decent place to stay.
