Good choice All items were carefully packaged and I am happy with my choice. The quality seems promising, but I will evaluate it more carefully. The only observation is that I anticipated certain pieces to be larger, based on their appearence in the pictures. I also really liked the booklet, I'll use it in the presentation of the jewelry.

Bad Experience! Bad experience for us! I have placed 2 orders with Glozzo, one week apart from each other, don't know why i did not wait for my first order before i placed an other one but oh well. The quality of the products is far from luxury. They guarantee the quality of their products on their website and also quick refund if products are not to the standard. Which is obviously a lie! Well my first order arrived few days ago and i was very dissapointed, the finish on these products is very poor, links were not touching properly, clasps didnt close, plating was missing, some parts were stuck on wonky, i mean i normally wear glasses and i spot these straight away and that was just a through packaging! After opening each product i have noticed broken links, scraches and so on. I have about 30 products which are absolutely not acceptable for resell and others which i am scared to list on our website because i am worried i will get complains from customers. I have contacted Glozzo straigh away and sent over images, however i have received only one answer to my several complains and that was to return items on my own expence and then i will receive a refund. So basically waste more money to get at least some kind of refund. And thats just the first order, i am still expecting the second order! Don't believe anything you see online, every company paints the best picture of themselfs with help of family members and friends with fake reviews, videos etc. Do a proper research first before you purchase anything from anybody don't be naive like me!
