As part of your recurring cleaning agreement, we reserved a specific schedule and team member for you. Unfortunately, there were many occasions where appointments were canceled, moved, or changed at the last minute while still expecting the same dedicated cleaner and time slot to remain available. We did our best to accommodate these requests for a long time, but eventually it became very difficult to maintain a consistent schedule and provide fair service operations.

Our manager did speak with you directly and explained that, unfortunately, we were no longer able to continue the recurring arrangement because it was no longer workable under our scheduling policies. But you kept calling.
Just as clients have the right to discontinue service, companies also have the right to end service relationships when they are no longer a good fit.

We truly wish you the best and hope you are able to find a company that better matches your expectations.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I was charged $250, and unfortunately, the quality of work did not match that price at all. The cleaner spent an excessive amount of time in the bathroom while other areas were left unfinished. She did not bring a vacuum cleaner or her own cleaning supplies, which I believe is something you should absolutely expect when paying this amount. As a result, the floors were not properly vacuumed, and there was still visible debris, including food left on bedroom end tables. During the walkthrough, even the owner acknowledged that certain areas—like the vacuuming—were not completed properly. While my dad does have a number of knickknacks around, the apartment is not overly dirty, and the job should have been manageable with proper time and equipment. Despite the incomplete work, I was still told I had to pay the full $250. I expressed that I was only willing to pay for the quality of the work actually done. This led to an unprofessional interaction, and the cleaner left abruptly, slamming the door. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on the lack of preparation, incomplete cleaning, and poor communication.

Unfortunately, we cannot identify you as a direct client.
The only service fitting this situation was completed for Carlotta Sander's father home, where our cleaner spent over 8 hours handling a heavily neglected property.

You and your group were present the entire time, yet no complaints were raised until the work was completed at which point you refused to pay and began looking for excuses.

Small details can occasionally be missed, which is exactly why we ask clients to check the work during the service so corrections can be made immediately, and it was done accordingly.

Posting selective photos while hiding the actual full condition of the entire home before and after is misleading and dishonest.

A review platform should be used to provide fair and constructive feedback not to avoid payment or misrepresent a situation.
My advice for you is to be honest and respectful person to help the community.

With our 10 years of experience, we will continue to grow with clients who respect honest work and treat Cleaners with dignity because above all money is a service that money cannot do for you.

You got the whole apartment cleaned for free, so which kind of frustration are you talking about? Huuuuum mmm.

I’ll be honest, I’m pretty particular about how my house is cleaned, so I was nervous about hiring a service. I figured I’d just end up redoing everything myself. But Gloria’s team proved me wrong. They didn’t just surface clean, they actually scrubbed.. I watched them get on their hands and knees to wipe down my baseboards and they even organized the clutter on my counter without being asked. My husband walked in and asked if we had new floors. That’s the kind of result you want. Totally worth it.

DANGEROUS, no customer service, professionalism, or accountability. Never go near places this. Only places that want to make things right. I have had an atrocious experience with this company that has left me homeless and over a thousand dollars in debt, during medical hardship. I will update on the full details of the situation once I finally have a home to go to. I did electrostatic spraying of move in apartment. No clue it was extremely toxic, would make me sick, I would end up homeless sitting on a floor throughout the nights, unable to move in or go home, no access to my packed belongings, medications, personal needs, a bathroom, a bed…having to drop everything, with my already serious hardship in further shambles, be thousands in debt trying to get remediation cleaning, with zero help. Rather than be reasonable with me and help fix the issue to move on immediately, Corine was immature, defensive, victim blaming, argumentative, and was causing me even more distress. Just needed a resolution ASAP. She just kept going on and on as if I have no life or immediate life hardship and can spend energy or time debating whether the customer should be more knowledgeable about electrostatic spraying. Just disgusting. Now it’s caused/causing a severe downward spiral and is going to turn into a whole big thing that I will have to pursue. Let’s put it this way for now: Corine says she doesn’t want to come clean up the excessive chemical residue because it’s unsafe and she doesn’t want to be exposed to it. So instead I’m left stuck in a death trap or homeless, alone, with ZERO help. Zero money. How sick and disturbing is that? That’s the kind of person she is. And yes, all the remediation companies said she over sprayed and didn’t dilute enough…let alone use a toxic solution which I had no clue about until after- it’s not necessary. Only after spraying did she realize she screwed up (and I wouldn’t have even outwardly blamed her or given her a hard time if she rectified things) and I wasn’t going to be able to go home. First for an hour. Then a few hours. Then a night. Now a week. Don’t run a business like this- be a normal human and make things right off the bat. Don’t make people suffer. And I don’t even think she did the walls or windows, or ceiling, the whole point is to do the walls. Can clean everything else. So the suffering and harm for nothing. She also called me in during the spray without proper PPE on. You should see the emails of her blaming me for the harm im enduring .

You contacted us specifically requesting an electrostatic disinfecting service for a very small apartment that was already fully occupied with personal belongings. Before beginning the service, we clearly explained the process, including the importance of ventilation and allowing time for proper aeration afterward. We also advised that, in our professional opinion, this service was not truly necessary for the space.

During the appointment, you repeatedly requested additional spraying throughout the apartment, despite our explanation that excessive product application was unnecessary. We still tried to accommodate your requests while following standard procedures as safely as possible.

Originally, the agreed price for the service was $350, but at the end of the appointment you informed us that you did not have the full payment available, and we accepted only $250 in good faith.

At no point did we intentionally place you in danger or act without concern for your wellbeing. We spent significant time communicating with you afterward and attempted to explain the situation calmly and professionally. Unfortunately, it became increasingly difficult to have productive communication.

We always strive to help our clients and resolve concerns fairly. With over 100 positive reviews from satisfied customers, we take our reputation and customer care seriously.

Only for the same service you gave 2 different company bad reviews, please you need to check yourself too.

I be been speaaking and texting joy for over a week.. then this lady come to my home at 5:30 pm and got mad and loud in my buildings hallway when I told her she can’t work pass 5 because the building is a condo and those are there rules or I would be fine. I let her see my place to come the next day. But she got mad and said she risked her life coming here being that it snowed and wouldn’t give me her name. All I know is she is African. For this person to come to my house and become disrespectful and wouldn’t give me her name is crazy. They wiill never get my business. God bless them.

First, we want to clarify that on the day of your appointment, the city was under a snow emergency. Public transportation was delayed, and roads were unsafe. We clearly communicated throughout the day that we would make an effort to come, but that weather conditions could cause delays. Despite the risks, we still showed up as promised.

At no point were we informed about a 5:00 PM building work restriction. This was only mentioned upon arrival. Had we known about this policy in advance, we would have scheduled accordingly.

Our team member was understandably concerned about traveling in dangerous weather conditions, but there was no intention to be disrespectful.

We always aim to serve our clients with professionalism and transparency.

This review reflects dissatisfaction with the circumstances of that day, not the quality of our services or our commitment to our clients.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. First after waiting 2 hours of the 3 hour window to get a quote they called and said they were running late and could come 2 1/2 hours later, that should have been my clue to not use them. We hired them to do a deep cleaning on my aunt's apartment as she had been away from it for 4 months. The 1 cleaner came, we expected more than 1 but ok. She didn't have the proper cleaning supplies. Not even sure vacuum cleaner! She worked hard BUT wasn't going to do the cabinets and refrigerator, the only thing she planned on doing was dusting and the floors. That is not a deep cleaning. So we added on those things. They wanted payment before she left, by a cash app. I didn't like that but said ok when they sebt me a statement bill which they sent. I paid on venmo and they texted me thsnking me for the payment. Since then they have sent me 4 bills saying payment overdue. I responded to all of them with proof of payment and said I wanted an apology for them Harrasing me for payment which had been paid. Crickets. Then they sent a letter to my sister again asking for payment. She responded as well and they apologized to her for their error. Today I got yet another text from them telling me they are concerned about lack of payment. And emailed my sister yet again for it. I told them I was doing this review and reporting them to the BBB. As they broke my aunt's vacuum by over stuffing it and didn't do a good job, (she didn't do the cabinets under the sink and for some reason but my aunts knife block in thr refrigerator) I would walk not run away from this service.
