Absolutely Do Not Recommend Working with Global Petcabs was a deeply harrowing experience. I spent weeks asking what the next steps would be and all I get was “everything will be taken care of” or no response at all. A week before I was supposed to fly with my pet, their Operations Manager Rishabh finally started doing any work. I had told them multiple times that I am in india because my mum is terminally ill (also why I was moving my pet). Every day Rishabh needed a new document that I had to chase down. It felt like they were doing this for the first time. They even ended up calling my vet’s office and made the poor office assistant run their errands. They kept blaming the Calcutta office for export licensing for being uncooperative, which was NOT the case. The Calcutta office was extremely clear in saying that they needed the documents well in advance to give me an appointment. The last document was sent to them past 11:30 pm the day before we needed an appointment. My mum and I had to beg the commissioner the next morning for an appointment. (To be noted that the appointment was also a day before I was supposed to leave. Because of Petcabs delays). They also kept lying about the delivery of the crate for my pet. Their operations manager kept saying “it’s in Calcutta only. I can send it in an hour”. They sent on Sunday (I was flying out Monday night) giving my pet no time to acclimate. Cherry on top: they charged me for a 28” crate, but sent me a 19” one. We didn’t realize it with all of the last minute chaos. The airline refused to let me fly with my pet due to laws around sizing of pet carriers. I had to pay to change my flight, and also buy another crate out of pocket. I lost hundreds of euros because of the company. And they have refused to refund me or make things right in any way. The only thing they were on time about was their ask for money. The manager for international relocation and the CEO have completely ghosted me. I would definitely recommend steer clear if you value peace of mind.

Collaborating with Global PetCab has been an amazing experience. They organised my pet's move from Kerala to Toronto. A special shout out to Ashish who picked her up from Kerala, crate trained her and spent few days with her. It amazing how close they became. He shared all her updates everyday and there wasn't one moment I missed her. Calling out Rishab for his constant communication and supervising the seamless move. Last but not the least Arun is the best. He made me feel so secure and despite the time difference made time to call me and keep me posted of the updates. Had quite a terrible experience with Global Pet Cab service. We had booked a pet taxi for pickup and drop to a pet resort, on 2 separate days. The driver who showed up (Prince) was professional and friendly towards my dog but absolutely not punctual. On the day of pickup from our house, he showed up 30 mins late and was not even apologetic. For our ride back from the resort, he showed up an hour late and both times, he blamed Bangalore traffic for it. When I escalated the matter to the company and we mutually agreed upon a discounted price for the entire ride, the driver then questioned us as to why we complained and the reason behind the discounted value. It doesn’t end at that - he actually demanded that we pay extra for the 15 mins he was made to wait at the time of our check-in, I mean the audacity!

I was a little apprehensive at first because my pups were too young to travel but Sophia's confidence and experience convinced me to go ahead with GlobalPet team. They did a splendid job! Sunil escorted 4 pups with utmost care, everything was well planned and organised and I didnt have to worry at all for anything. The pups were well fed, well slept and extremely active after a 42 hour train journey from lucknow to bangalore. Many videos, pictures were shared during the journey and most importantly, they were fed on time and hydrated well.
