Good wash, guy at the end drying off could of put a bit more effort in. If I knew he lacked the needed enthusiasm, I probably wouldn't have give them $5 tip.... lame
Gleam in the Highlands cleaned my fabric seats and detailed my interior. They got out stains I didn’t think were ever going to come out. I was so pleased! And the price was reasonable!

This carwash is easily the best in town. They do a great job and employees are amazing. The bad reviews are simply cheap people who don't want to pay for a detail for their filthy car, or they are just looking for something free! If you can get this kind of value anyplace else I'd be shocked!
I'm a monthly member - they are always nice and do a good job no matter how dirty my car is.
The wash has gotten better and management has stepped up. Gleam makes our community better since it's, by far, the best car wash within miles.

I signed up for a membership at Gleam Car Wash in Denver after being strongly encouraged to join during a visit. At the time, I wasn’t clearly informed about their operating hours, which ended up not working with my schedule at all. Because of that, I was never able to make another wash.
What really frustrated me was being charged for a second month well before my first month was even over. I reached out to customer service to explain the situation and request a refund, but the response I received was unhelpful and dismissive. Hope they enjoy basically stealing my $80 from me. Caution against this place and their regard for customers and their money - I recommend Water Way much more!!

In the meantime, we want to assure anyone reading your review that Gleam goes above and beyond when it comes to keeping members aware of their membership so that if they want to cancel, they can do so easily. We send a welcome email explaining member benefits and how to cancel; we email monthly receipts so that if someone is not using the wash, they are reminded of the membership and can cancel; we send out newsletters and texts. There's literally nothing more we can do. And no business is responsible for individual customer financial decisions - just like a grocery teller is not forcing you to buy any of the groceries you yourself selected. What we are responsible for is providing a great wash and the best customer service we can, and we take those charges seriously.

Berla and her crew did a phenomenal job on the interior/exterior of my vehicle. I came in last minute and not only were they accommodating but also were able to remove the terrible dog drool stains along side my passenger doors which I am sure for fellow Colorado residents, like myself, is a huge need! I would more than recommend their services anytime.

For 50$ pretty bad car wash just went for my first time water spots all over the truck and the inside was left pretty dirty and streaks on the windshield wasn’t expecting a detail but thought it would at least be clean
Reply to the owners response I did not receive a discount I don’t know why you would lie. I was charged 40$ for car wash +5$ for my mats ok so you “lightly vacuumed & dust” what’s up with water marks & streaks. It’s ok mistakes happen you can just admit you did a poor job.

Hi Andrew - thanks for coming to Gleam! You selected our top wash - $27 - and got a discount on the quick interior service, which is a quick vacuum and light dusting. So you're right - not a detail. But we offer those and love turning over truly clean cars; details just take time, tools and training, so they do cost more.
