I ordered the outside and inside clean. Was very happy with the outcome and the professionalism of everyone there. I had a lot of bird poop on my hood. While they said it would not come off in the drive through wash section, the manager was very nice and had someone spend sometime on my car to get the poop off. I use this car wash every so often and have always been happy with their service and willingness to do a little extra.

My husband and I took our 2012 Audi S4 into Gleam this week for detailing. It has become our mountain car, and looked every day of its age. The hood in particular was dull, and the color almost completely washed out. We were warned that the sun damage to the hood was so bad that it likely couldn’t be restored. But we sprung for the paint polish anyway, because the rest of the car needed it.
To say, we are thrilled with the results is a vast understatement! Not only were the folks at Gleam friendly and professional, they did an absolutely amazing job with my car. Just take a look. It’s practically showroom perfect! And the hood truly gleams!!
Professional detailing isn’t cheap, but Gleam is surprisingly affordable compared to similar options and the results are top notch! I can’t recommend them high enough. Gleam made my almost 15-year-old car look like new. Thanks guys!

I come here about once a week, I have a membership. The service is always nice, fast and efficient. I like having them in the neighborhood, because I like what they stand for and enjoy supporting small businesses. My only "complaint" is I wish there was a way that the members, since it is not cheap, could jump the line and not have to wait in the only line into the place. Sometimes it can be quite long and they all might be non-members(which can take a while). Other than that small issue, it's great and my 1st choice for a quick good wash.

Decided to give this place a try. Got the $27 package. The workers were very nice when the machines didn't wash my rims very well at all, the owner response is blaming my rims for being dirty while advertising rim shine if you pay extra. They allowed me to run my car through again, which caused my rear windshield wiper arm to break and also my wiper blade is gone. They use extremely high pressure during one part that's so loud your ears hurt. Don't take your car here. Not worth the damage. You see the owners reply, they obviously run a business by hiding, blame shifting and denying.
Update to owners reply... Um... My car is garage kept and gets washed every one to two weeks. And for $27, you better believe I was going through twice! You took absolutely no responsibility for your wack car wash. My rims are 3k of COURSE they get cleaned regularly. I wouldn't be assuming people do not wash their cars just because YOUR car wash sucks. Im unsure of what "pre existing conditions" you're claiming. But you'll eventually run your company right into the ground by dodging responsibility. DON'T TAKE YOUR CARS HERE.
Hello Felisha - we usually don't let folks through twice; thanks for saying nice things about our employees. We strongly recommend folks wash their cars at least once a week and always select the top washes to get the added layers of protection for your clear coat and paint. When people wash infrequently, a super dirty car is not going to get super clean. That's just the way life works. Excessively dirty rims also require details to get really sparkling. We're also sorry about the wiper - those are not designed to last long and often the manufacturer recommends replacing them 1-3 years as normal wear and tear will cause them to degrade quickly. That is a bummer, we do agree, but we can't be responsible for pre-existing damage. We wish you the best.

Hi Drew and thanks for coming to Gleam! For $39 you get the top $27 wash plus a discount on the quick vacuum and light dusting - not a detail. We always include the vacuum with our industrial vacuums - it is never skipped - so it sounds like your car is reasonably dirty and would require a detail to get clean. The service you selected is a cost-effective way to protect your car's exterior; it will get a dirty car a little cleaner but we recommend details, of course, if you really want a clean car. They take time, tools and training and naturally cost more. Give it a go sometime; you'll likely be happier.

There’s never a big line, the wash is efficient & thorough and I like there’s a person to give a quick towel wipe to the exterior before you drive off. Kudos to the owners for hiring people with intellectual disabilities!

Went to get the truck washed and vacuumed, might have to start taking my vehicles to a new place. Paid $40 for the wash and vacuum, they just threw the trash in the back of the 3rd seat. When I asked why they didn’t vacuum or clean the back seat, the young lady said it was extra. I have been coming here for years and used there services 3-4 times a month and not once have they asked or even mentioned that the 3rd seat was extra. Granted there a SUVs that have a huge 3rd seat, but this is a Chevy traverse, the 3rd seat is only 2 1/2 ft deep! What a same.

Amazing experience with my detailed interior cleaning. Dropped off my car in the morning and it was SPOTLESS and smelling great when I picked it up. The carpets were all washed and my belongings (that I accidentally left) were carefully grouped together. The location is fun with local vendor items. I just wish they would make a location closer to me!.. (south of Denver)

Doing anything other than the automated outside clean isn't worth it. The bay where they clean the inside is poorly lit, and I have never been given my keys after an interior clean and not had them do it again. Fine for a once over, but if you want your car cleaned really well, this is not the place.
Hello Matt, first off thanks for coming to Gleam. Secondly our staff takes great pride in what they can do in a short amount of time for a cars interior. It looks like you have been opting for our Total Total service which includes a $23 exterior wash and a quick $16 Interior Total. This express service is not a detail and is designed to keep clean car clean and make a dirty car cleaner. The Interior Total includes blowing the car out with compressed air, a quick vacuum and wipe down of surfaces and windows. It sounds like this service has not been enough for your vehicles needs. If we have not pointed this out to you before you have our apologies.
Our interior detail service starts at $89 for a Doors, Dash and Console, this service uses detail tools and considerably more time than the much less expensive Interior Total. It sounds like your car needs more tools and time to get clean that the service you have been choosing.

Kind of a sorry job overall. They used to do a much better job. We paid for the top rated cleaning but so much was left untouched. The back window had several dead insects left on the glass, the vinyl was left untreated and scuffed. The console and the door compartments were very dirty and the door handles themselves had crumbs nd visible grime. We emptied the glove compartment but it also remained untouched. Pretty sad overall. I'd be ashamed to call that a premium service. I got this treatment done for someone close to me and I was embarrassed that I had raved so much about Gleam Car Wash, only to end up with a very super par effort. We tipped generously in advance, which made the sting of poor quality work more acute. They have definitely gone downhill since I last lived in North Denver. Too bad ... you used to be much better.
Sorry to hear your expectations were not met yesterday. Sounds like you opted for our $39 Total Total service which includes a $23 car wash and a basic interior cleaning for $16 plus tip. The Total interior cleaning is not a detail, it is designed to keep a clean car clean and make a very dirty car cleaner. Total Interiors includes a quick cleaning with compressed air, light wipe down of windows, surfaces and a quick vacuum. This process is designed for two people to complete quickly and is no where near the level of our top cleaning service which involves detailing tools and takes several hours.
Our staff takes pride in what they can do in a short amount of time to clean a car but it sounds like communication wasn't clear enough on our end and we should have recommended your car get a detail vs a quick basic cleaning service.
That being said anything included in the Total Interior service that wasn't up to par we'd gladly address by bringing the car back in the bay and touching it up. Please just let us know next time, we're always happy to touch up any areas included in the service.
