I've been here plenty of times before having had a membership for years. This place has gone down hill and definitely would not recommend. I paid for floor mats to get washed they didn't even take the mats out to vacuum or wash. They just vacuumed around leaving a line around mats. Definitely the worst carwash I've ever had as it was all totally rushed and done with laziness. Very disappointing!

The candy in your cupholder, unfortunately, requires a detail - at least a steamer to get it all out. You selected our entry level interior service which is a great way to keep a clean car clean (the entry level includes a top exterior wash, $27, with a discount on the quick vacuum and dusting, so definitely not a detail). We thought we explained it when you were in, and we're sorry if it was unclear. Details take time, tools and training and do cost more.

Amazing work and a reasonable price! My filthy ranch truck looked dealership clean when they were done, I literally lose it in parking lots now because I don’t recognize it!

I took my truck over and was disappointed on how the car wash performed. It didn't clean completely. I took my truck over the next day to ask about the 23 dollar wash and was told they don't run vehicles through a second round if it doesn't completely clean the vehicle. I can't give a recommendation for the services.

Hi Jeff - we have one of the best tunnels in town so if your truck didn't get clean with our top washes on the first go-through, it needs a detail, pure and simple. Same with any car wash.
Best car wash around hands down! John, Bruno and his team took incredible care of my car. The windows are HD clear.
John took the time to explain all their options and monthly choice as well. They do a great job on the inside without any detail appointment. Thank you thank you thank you!

I keep my car clean and usually just run through the exterior car wash, but just recently went in for my first detailing. Gleam exceeded my expectations for their interior cleaning services. I now have a new car again!

DO NOT GO HERE !!! If you want your car damaged and then be told it’s because Toyota doesn’t make them like they used to…by all means get your car washed here. If you want to be blamed for the damage they cause by all means go here. For any other sane person I would NOT RECOMMEND this car wash period. Condescending management, improperly adjusted equipment. I should have read all the bad reviews prior to getting a ‘membership’. Membership was the only reason they offered to fix the damage they caused, and even then I had the vehicle repaired elsewhere after watching their first attempt to try and fix it. Didn’t just bend a wiper arm , it destroyed the entire wiper motor assembly when the machine tried to rip it off the vehicle. Bent 1/4” steel shaft of the wiper motor almost 45°!! This IS an equipment issue they constantly blame their customers for, DO NOT GO HERE.

Hi Matthew - yikes, that's a lot of pictures of rusted parts.
As we stated in our email exchange (and this is from one of our managers who is also a 30-year ASE certified tech): "Toyotas have excellent drivetrains but when it comes to small parts, plastics, panel clips, weather stripping and mirror covers, Toyotas are the worst. The parts literally blow off the vehicles. Toyota knew about issues with this wiper location that’s why they added the rubber locking rest on the wiper. I met with the Toyota manufacturers rep in 2023 and talked about the problems with the new models and was given a manufacturers discount... You will also see that later models have changed the wipers direction, style, materials and other manufacturers have moved the wiper up into the rear spoiler because of feedback from our industry.
Our policy and signs specifically state we do not replace wipers and anything on vehicles over 7 years old."

Great value for the price. These guys are really thorough with the interior cleaning (vacuum and hard surface wipe). Machine wash for exterior is great too.

I had some spray paint on the side door or my jeep and Perla in the detailing department helped me get rid of it like it was never there. She squeezed me in without an appointment on a busy Saturday! Awesome service!

They usually do a great job, this most recent time I tipped extra because they always go above and beyond. Except when I got home I realized they didn’t wipe down my back seats. Super bummed because I paid $50 for just a vacuum.

I have been going here since they opened and it has progressively gotten worse. Today was the last straw. Every time I go I leave thinking "wow, that was not worth the money." Today I paied $44 plus tip and trash was left in my car, the screen wasn't even wiped, bird poo still on the window and dust still on the console. I also had my headlights restored here 2 years ago I think and it lasted maybe a year.
