We’re pleased you enjoyed the starters, daal makhni and butter naans. It’s always good to hear when parts of the experience are appreciated.

We were, however, surprised to read some of your concerns. Our team clearly remembers your table, and throughout the evening there were no complaints raised. You left appearing satisfied, and when our staff checked in during service, no issues were mentioned. We always welcome immediate feedback so we can resolve anything on the spot, whether that’s replacing dishes or adjusting the music level.

Regarding the channa masala, we prepare our dishes to a consistent in-house recipe standard. Taste preferences can vary, but we do not compromise on ingredient quality. The same applies to the karahi paneer and rotis — had this been brought to our attention, we would have gladly remade them.

Cleanliness is important to us. If a menu was not presented to standard, that should have been highlighted during your visit so we could replace it immediately.

As for the live Bollywood music, GK Lounge is intentionally designed to deliver a vibrant dining experience alongside authentic cuisine. Many of our guests visit specifically for this atmosphere. That said, we continuously monitor sound levels to maintain balance during dinner service.

We take accuracy seriously, and after reviewing your order history, this appears to be an isolated incident. We can confidently say that there was no mistake in the order packing.

If you are claiming an incorrect order, we require clear photo evidence of the items you received to verify your complaint. Without this, we will not entertain any refund or further discussion, as we ensure all orders are double-checked before dispatch.

We expect honest feedback and will not tolerate misuse of the review system to request unjustified refunds.
