******DO NOT VISIT***** This has to be genuinely one of the worst Indian restaurants I have ever visited. The mixed grill was dry and just tasteless But most shocking was the staff and the rowdy customers causing major problems and causing fights. Definitely not the vibe to be expecting when going out for what’s supposed to be a peaceful meal. Disappointing and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went here recently. Drunken guests and horrible experience. Food was mediocre but expensive. Its more like a club than a restaurant. Would not recommend and will definently not be visiting again.

Terrible restaurant with bad service and way too loud with music blaring whilst trying to eat. If you want a peaceful meal and able to talk to one another I would not suggest this place.

We celebrated my nephews 10th birthsay birthday today. I apologise in advance, I didnt ask the 2 young ladies who served us their names.. Both of them were impeccable, it was just the 2 of them serving downstairs, incredible mannerisms, service and overall people skills. Thank you to the both of you for taking care of us and making my nephews day special. Your politeness didnt go unnoticed.

Held a birthday party at GK Lounge. The service was outstanding from Kash and his team. The food was delicious. So many different varieties for vegetarians and catered for all tastes. The entertainment was second to none and I would definately recommend GK Loinge for parties and even a meal out.

Went for a birthday meal. Service was appalling. Arrived at 1pm, they didn't even take our main meal order until 3pm. When ordering drinks they just brushed us off saying “yes yes” and walking away without coming back with the drink, had to ask 3-4 times.arrived at 1, didn’t leave until 5… not by choice.. that’s how long they took.

At GK Lounge, we prepare all dishes fresh to order and our management team is always available on site to address concerns immediately. We have not received any similar reports regarding dry meat or the overall experience on the date in question.

We would genuinely like to investigate this further. Could you please contact us directly with the date and time of your visit, the dishes you ordered, and any receipt or proof of purchase? This will allow us to review CCTV, kitchen checks and service records to understand what may have happened.

We value honest feedback from all guests, including Local Guides, and we are committed to resolving genuine concerns. We hope to hear from you so we can look into this properly.

Went on Sunday evening only 3 tables taken including ours, slow service only 1 waiter whole time there, starters were nice and hot and drinks were good. Ordered mains took 20/30 minutes to arrive, naans arrived first, food came later making naans cold, asked to reheat, waiter takes them back we waited another 10 minutes asked waiter and he said kitchen thought the naans were to be thrown, and had to make extras again…naans came back hot but curry’s were all cold, really? No manager on site another table complained when they were served meat instead of vegetarian food that they had asked for as they were vegetarian huge red flag. They also complained about slow service and when asking for a discount off the bill when food was cold and mistakes by the waiter for the naans it was sorry we can’t do that. No thanks won’t be coming back saw the food reviews but was let down by service and management (lack there of). 3 out of what 8-10 tables full, imagine all tables were full?.
