I found out quite late that a giggle and bean item was on the registry for a friend, but I ordered it anyway and asked if possible, that I could receive it before the baby shower of a friend to be held in 2 days time. Jean could not have been more awesome. She dispatched super quickly on a public holiday, consistently followed up and made sure I got the item in time. My favourite part however, was that it was already perfectly wrapped with a beautiful handwritten message for the expecting Mum, I literally added my just name. It was just one thing less for me to do in an already hectic week, and my friend loved the gift. Thanks so much Jean, these special touches make us return to your e-shop.

I received my order from Giggle and Beans yesterday after placing the order less than 48hrs prior. I was so impressed with how swiftly my order arrived and the personal emails I received from Jean to keep me updated. It makes such a difference to feel like a truly valued customer.
I ordered two newborn swaddle sets and a fitted bassinet/change mat cover. The three different prints I chose are just gorgeous and the fabric and finish of the pieces is top quality as promised. The items were sent to me beautifully packed with a personal card; a lovely touch.
I'm delighted with my order and cannot wait to wrap my little one in them when she arrives.

The whole process of ordering, quick feedback, delivery within 1-2 days and updates until AND after I received my order was exceptional.
