She must accept when damage is caused at her place by one of her employees, who for some reason no longer works there, and not accuse the customer of altering their eyebrows when it is not true. If you do not recognize the state of my eyebrow, it is because you never paid the attention it required, and my mistake was thinking it was not serious and not going the next day to make the respective complaint. Even knowing that this will not shorten the time for my eyebrow to return to normal, the fact that you assert things that are not true is what makes me give this rating. So, if anyone considers going to this place, think that if something goes wrong, the owner will blame you for the result. ____________ Today, I need to give a low rating. I have been a customer for a little over 10 months, and Madiha was the person who used to attend to me. My excellent review from 7 months ago is here under my name, Mariana Gómez. Today, like always, I went to the place, but I left upset. About 4 months ago, a Latina girl attended to me. I didn't mind because the place is known for good work, and since I don't speak much English, I was fine with her. At the end of the service, she did my makeup, which they usually don't do. She said I had some small gaps, which seemed strange, but I didn't think much of it. The next day, I noticed that my left eyebrow was completely different. I was upset but didn't want to leave a negative comment because I thought my eyebrows would grow back. However, after all these months, my eyebrow still hasn't returned to normal. The damage was really bad. I have returned to the place, and maybe the communication hasn't been ideal. After waiting for my eyebrow to grow back and seeing that only the right one grew, I went back to try to even them out. At that time, the owner and another girl attended to me. I thought it was clear that this was due to bad service in the past. But every time I return, I have to remind them, and I understand they forget, but I need to make it clear that I just want to even out my eyebrows a bit so the difference isn't so noticeable. Today, specifically, USHA attended to me. She is lovely and does very good work. I explained what happened again, and the owner responded, saying it wasn't true, that my eyebrow was like that because I used a razor. This upsets me because, even the last time, I bought a product from them to help my eyebrow grow faster, trusting that she understood my situation, which she didn't. She made me feel like I was lying. Today, I am upset, not only because of the damage to my eyebrow but also because, even though I continue to trust and spend money at this place, they insist that this is a made-up story, which I have no reason to invent. I hope that after reading this, you will not forget me so I don’t have to remind you every time I come back to try to even out my eyebrow. I come back because of the good girls who do their job well there.

first time and what a great experience! I had a miscommunication with my eyebrow tech and she threaded a little more of my forehead than I wanted, but they were very understanding and didn’t charge me extra. I gave a bigger tip than I planned just because I felt bad about the misunderstanding. Anu was so sweet and careful with my eyebrows! 10/10 experience and will be coming back :)

I’ve been doing my eyebrows for almost a year here now, and it is such a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in here. All the girls are so sweet and my eyebrows always come out amazing!
