Saturday Afternoon Phone Support Call Had some questions on a new to me recumbent trike and called Joel on a Saturday afternoon. He answered my questions and offered a lot of advice about parts and the trike that I had bought used. A long time cyclist who has transitioned to a trike due to health issues. Calling Get Back Trikes was a good move Both trike and I were in good hands. He fixed my hard to work with rear tire flat, checked the whole trike over carefully and made some good adjustments, and finally gave it a good cleaning. He was accommodating and easy to work with, and the cost was very reasonable. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Joel and Get Back Trikes.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED If you are needing any kind of work on a recumbent, this is the "go to" mechanic. He is a straight shooter who really knows his stuff and yet is humble and takes the time to do things right and make sure the customer is satisfied. I am a lead mechanic at a recumbent trike shop and I would hire this guy in a minute.

I have a lot going on with this project and he gave me his professional insight as to the problems that I will be opening myself up to if I go with certain motors, accessories, rims, tires… I really appreciate all of his input. Shifting lever came loose and I couldn’t shift my new trike. I was dreading getting it fixed because I didn’t want to have to lug it somewhere they might not know about trikes. Turns out I didn’t have to take it anywhere! Joel came right out to my home, diagnosed the problem and expertly executed the repair. Very easy, prompt, excellent service. Highly recommend!
