called to inquire about services for a family member and was treated with disregard and disrespect. honestly, was quite shocking coming from a profession that you’d think has the most empathy. looking at their responses to other reviews, how they level personal and vicious attacks, is appalling. think we dodged a bullet here.
Edit: please see the response below as evidence of the kind of people you’d be dealing with. accusing me of having a fake account, when I have hundreds of reviews, almost all positive? these folks just can’t take constructive criticism, every negative review on their page is met with venom instead of empathy (ironic for mental health professionals). would you feel comfortable being vulnerable in front of people who act this way?

Aeon and Jen have welcomed me as a per diem clinician for the last few years. Private practice was new to me and the support and guidance provided cannot be matched. Jen encourages me to try new things and improve my practice as whole. I'm proud to call myself a member of the team.

I'm familiar with a client who had to report them for insurance fraud. As someone who works in mental health, I encouraged my friend to report the therapist and practice owner after hearing about the egregious and unethical treatment of clients. (FYI to potential clients: for every review that the owner doesn't like, she will call them "fake"). You won't see responses like this if you look up reputable group practices online. Most counseling centers don't get the degree of negative reviews this one does and it's no coincidence - they just really are that bad.

What a wonderful office with very compassionate staff of diverse modalities. They help you set goals for success. They work together with you and each other so it truly feels like you have a team backing you up and cheering you on. Had an older relative come here for help. Nothing was provided after many attempts for care. The staff and "counselors" were extremely unprofessional.
Sidenote- please take a look at how unprofessional they are by how they handle negative feedback on their professional reviews. They go on personal attacks. If you have any kind of hope that this company will respect your privacy and HIPPA laws. Well your sadly mistaken. I wouldn't recommend this place.

So glad I went with AEON. Esther reached out promptly and was very friendly and thorough through out the initial process and my therapist is great. I can honestly say after every session my confidence is at an all time high that even my friends and family have pointed it out! Thanks Aeon =)
