Terrible service from these guys, I had to reset my phone thrice because they didn't take me through the entire setup and the guy did it on his own.
They also over charged me for something that was not even needed.

Never buy a mobile phone without a display warranty! Recently, I bought a Redmi Note 13, and even though they mentioned the display wasn’t covered under warranty, I still went ahead with it. I figured, “It’s a brand-new phone—what could go wrong?” Big mistake.
After just a week, the touch screen started acting up and wouldn’t respond sometimes. When I took it back to the shop, they told me replacing the display would cost around 30,000, and of course, there’s no warranty for it.
