I’ve bought several Apple products from Genius Mobile over time, including the iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPad pro. Overall, the store has a good selection and convenient location. A note: if your sales rep is a woman, be careful—when I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max, I didn’t ask for a 12-month charger warranty, but the bill included it with extra charges. On the other hand, my purchase of the iPhone 13 Pro was smooth, and the sales rep was very friendly and honest. Overall, a good place for tech shopping, but always double-check your bill.

I had an extremely bad and disappointing experience with this shop when purchasing my iPhone 15. Nothing about this experience was satisfactory, from the beginning to the end. The staff were unprofessional, and careless. They showed no interest in helping, provided poor information, and behaved disrespectfully once the payment was done. My concerns were completely ignored. Even they have not mentioned clearly about the warranty period. There was no proper customer service, no responsibility, and no respect. For a store selling expensive device like iPhones, this level of service is unacceptable. I deeply regret choosing this shop and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you expect honesty, support, or basic professionalism. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
