I've been using Gelatin Labs for over a year now. I am a casual photo taker - fun events, nights out, and small family moments. It is so worth it to take the time & send your film to Gelatin Labs vs local pharmacy photo centers; the experience, quality & turnaround time simply cannot compare. The updates of "we got your film," "your film is developed," and "your scans are uploading" are so nice being that real time updates are so common across platforms. I used to use my local pharmacy and it would take >a month. They also provide feedback and pointers if it seems your camera may have issues which is helpful. I highly recommend & am excited to keep using GL!

The best place to develop your photos and with great customer service

Love Gelatin labs! First time using them and they did not disappoint! Service was easy all I had to do was print a label and drop my film in the mail box, a few days later received an email with my scans, will definitely be using again.

I develop many films with Gelatin and I love how fast and efficient they are! Either for black and white or color is always great 😀

Quality was great. Used a code for my first roll and only had to pay for shipping. Didn’t take a long time for the film to be developed. Very happy with the results!

Drop off was super easy. Everything about the process is clear with great instructions. Love the editing video they include once you get your scans! Will be using this local lab from now on :)

I've been using Gelatin Labs for all of my film development and scanning for about 4 months now and have been largely pleased with my experiences. The folks who run Gelatin are extremely competent and kind, willing to chat with customers who have questions or concerns over the phone, or via email. They care deeply about what they do and it shows. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a place to handle their film.

After years of searching for a lab that I trust with quality results, the search is over with Gelatin Labs. Their staff is super friendly, their turnaround is very reasonable, and the quality of their TIF scans are the best I’ve ever received. This has been a game changer for me and has allowed for the most flexibility to get the exact image I want in post. The last 20 rolls I’ve sent them have been nothing short of outstanding, and I can’t be more satisfied with this talented and knowledgeable group of individuals!

The scans I received were excellent, with colors that required minimal adjustments in Lightroom. Their website is user-friendly, and the staff responds promptly. I’m now a loyal customer!
