Geem Facility Management installed water pumps in my villa in Jan 2024 with a 1-year warranty. When one pump failed, three independent companies confirmed the pump needed replacement. Geem refused to honor the warranty and tried to charge extra for unnecessary panel/breaker replacements first. Very unprofessional and inconvenient experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

My experience with Geem Facility Management has been extremely disappointing and honestly feels like a complete scam. They installed water pumps in my villa in January 2024 and gave a one-year warranty. When the pump started tripping, I brought in three independent professional companies (Jim Will Fix It, Fixperts, and DG Max Electricals). Every single one of them confirmed the truth: the pump is faulty and needs to be replaced.
But Geem refused to accept this and instead pushed me to pay for completely unnecessary work — replacing panels and breakers that multiple experts said are perfectly fine. Their approach was clear: delay, deny, and force customers to spend extra money so they can avoid honoring their warranty.
Their behavior shows a complete lack of integrity. Instead of taking responsibility for a product they installed and they guaranteed, they tried to squeeze more money out of me while refusing to fix the real problem.
This company wasted my time, caused massive inconvenience, and showed zero accountability.
Based on my experience, I strongly warn everyone to stay away from Geem Facility Management. They simply do not honor their commitments, and dealing with them has been nothing but frustration
