Poor pathetic service
Extremely disappointed with the service. My ticket was never booked, but the payment was still debited from my account. I have been following up for a refund, but so far there has been no clear resolution or assurance that anyone is actively handling the issue.
This experience has been frustrating and stressful. Based on what I’ve experienced, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services. Customer support and issue resolution have been very disappointing.

Fraud Company
I strongly warn others to stay away from Gaura Travels.
I paid a deposit for ticket booking, and when I decided not to proceed, I requested a refund. Since then, it has been an extremely frustrating and exhausting experience.
I have made countless calls, submitted multiple refund requests through their website, and sent emails — yet there is ZERO resolution. Their website is unreliable and does not properly process refund requests.
Every time I call, I hear the same scripted response: “your request is in priority” — but nothing actually happens.
This pattern raises serious concerns about how they handle customer deposits. In my case alone, nearly $100 across 3 family members is still stuck with no clear update.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and timely refunds.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please think twice before trusting them with your money.

I already booked flights with Gaura traval 3 months before our departure but they sent me an email after 2 months saying I have to pay 100$extra per person otherwise I can get my full refund. So I had to pay 400$ extra. So what is the point to have booked so early. I felt it cheated and blackmailed
Beware of Gaura Travels as their website quotes lower price and then they call you to put up prices. When you complain and speak to supervisor then they bump up the prices even further. The travel consultant was judgemental, disrespectful and rude. I was a returning customer but now never booking through them again.
Complete rip off, misleading information
Extremely disappointed with this booking agency. We were given completely misleading information at the time of purchase. We were told the ticket was “open” and flexible, but when we tried to cancel, we were shocked to be asked to pay $700.
At no point during the booking process were these charges clearly explained. This lack of transparency is very unprofessional and unacceptable.
This feels like a complete rip-off, and we are not happy at all with the service provided. We will be taking this matter further with Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek proper resolution.
Would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Misleading information
Be careful Guys, these people are useless and give you false information regarding flights. Recently I booked my ticket with them and told,I need flexible ticket, they booked my ticket as they mentioned to me it's flexible. I confirmed few times before I proceed for payment. They confirmed it .it's flexible and dying to book a ticket with agent reference name on Website ,so they get promoted or commission basis don't know what they do while including name.
As soon as I made a payment,then received another call from different agent and said it not flexible, you can't change it.
Be careful Guys with these people,I am just sharing my experience, they are worse in solving issues only good in booking a ticket with mislead people.

Not recommend
had a very disappointing experience with this Gaura Travel.Despite booking our tickets four months in advance, they failed to arrange a baby bassinet for our infant, which was one of our key requirements for the trip.
We were assured multiple times that everything was taken care of, but these turned out to be empty promises. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our journey, especially when traveling with a baby.
The lack of follow-through and reliability was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this agent to anyone, particularly families who need special arrangements, as you cannot rely on what they promise.
Scam
I made a booking with them and they canceled when i am on way to my get my flight. I request for refund but did not get my $700 back this is a fraud and scam. Please do not book your flight with them. They lure customers with sending text messages for lower price tickets but later they refuse to give you same price.

Extremely disappointing service from Gaura Travels. Our flight was booked for 29th of march 2026 and was already cancelled on 6th March and rescheduled for 30th of march , but we were never informed. We only found out at the airport during boarding, after being issued boarding passes which were later said to be given by mistake. When we contacted the agent, they claimed they are not sure what happen. Due to this failure, we had to bear unnecessary costs travelling to and from the airport, along with stress and inconvenience.when we asked the agent, The agent is not taking any responsibility or agreeing to compensate for these expenses. Customers rely on travel agents for proper updates and support, but this experience shows complete negligence. We are still waiting for the confirmation for 30th of march flight as we returned home now. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking through Gaura Travels. Poor communication and no accountability when things go wrong.

Very bad customer service. Trying to get in touch regarding my refund request. It’s been more than 2 months and didn’t get any satisfactory update regarding refund. Whenever trying to call customer service they always say go online to portal and send a message through there. In online portal no one reply to my messages now.

This is one of the worst agency to book your ticket for your trip. Unprofessional staff. None of the stuff is professional to guide the Customer to a right path. I have book the ticket with one of the staff shreyak. She booked the ticket on 4/02/2026. I made the payment straight away with amount of 1160$. She told me about the baggage allowance of 46 kg +7kg handbag while going and coming both the ways same. I booked the flight straight away. Then I received a call from another staff jay that there was glitch in the system your flight allows you 46+ 7 while going but while coming back it’s only 30*7 sorry mam. I said I got the itinerary from your colleague with the baggage allowance 46*7 both ways. He don’t confirm the ticket and he said we ll refund your money. Until now I am struggling to get my money back. They are not refunding my money back. I have to book my flight but they are not giving my money back. Then I request them to find another flight for me so that I could ask the. To adjust my money. Even though they didn’t help me. I paid 5$ to hold the seat in another flight. But they didn’t do anything. The y are not refunding my money guys please help me to get my money back from them.
I am not satisfied with the service provided by Gaura Travel. I contacted them to request a date change for my parents’ travel, and during the process I was informed that they charge a $120 AUD service fee per person. This charge was never disclosed to us at the time of booking. In addition to this fee, we are also required to pay the airline fare difference which will sum up to a big amount.
Given this experience, it seems more practical to book flights directly with the airline rather than going through Gaura Travel.

I had booked a flight with Gaura Travels from Delhi to Sydney with travel date of 2nd Feb. I had to reschedule the flight and I was told that the money on the original flight will be refunded after the original travel date. It has been 16 days that the original travel date has passed but the agency has been unethically withholding the money with them and not refunding the money. I have tried calling them many times but the agents say that we have no visibility. I have messaged them multiple times but all I get as an answer is that we are checking the status. They do not give your money back easily. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BY NOT BOOKING THROUGH GRAURA TRAVELS AS THEY SEEM TO BE ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL PRACTICE OF WITHHOLDING CUSTIMER FUNDS
I am very disappointed with the service provided. It has been 20 days since we requested our refund, and despite repeated follow-ups, we are still waiting. Each time we call, we are assured it will be completed the next day, but there has been no progress. I hope this matter is resolved promptly, as this experience has been very frustrating.

Very disappointing experience with Gaura Travel. I booked a Brisbane–Delhi flight (Booking ID: 991231144, booked on 10 Feb 2026, travel date 19 Feb 2026). The layover shown was 1h15m, but after payment it changed to 22h. The team said it was a technical error and advised me to request a refund, which I did but no one followed up. Later, the refund team claimed the ticket was issued and told me to wait for a refund and book another ticket, which I couldn’t afford. It’s been over 5 days, and I’m still waiting for a refund and a call from their refund department.
Misleading service, poor communication, and no resolution.

Not good experience as the girl spoke to me for 50 mins and as soon as I did payment she cut the phone by saying that she has only 30 seconds left and even did not inform me about ticket confirmation. Would have given 0 star if possible
