UPDATED - We had Garrison Alarms install our system and the installer was great - professional and efficient. Unfortunately, one of the sensors turned out to be faulty, which led to multiple false alarms and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars in call-out fees. While the issue has since been resolved, the faulty product caused a lot of unnecessary stress and expense. Would recommend ensuring all components are thoroughly tested during installation.

We've been with Garrison since 2000 when we moved into our home and had a new DSC alarm system installed. In 2005, during a long weekend when someone tampered with the external siren, Garrison were available on-call to replace it at short notice. The DSC system lasted for nearly 25 years and we've just had an upgrade. The entire alarm system was replaced very efficiently and professionally and at a very competitive price. We highly recommend Garrison for quality and reliability.
