I thought it was good, but I haven't gotten a receipt or acknowledgement of the down payment I put down on Friday yet. Been ignored on emails and phone calls for 3 days now..can someone please communicate with me, Jeff Morehead is the one I intially spoke to....editing to say they did get back with me immediately after posting this review, thank you and I'm looking forward to my carport being installed

Being a first-time buyer of a metal structure, I had a lot of questions. The sales associate with Garage Buildings, Lori Malone, was definitely on the top of her game. She was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions professionally, and was a very pleasant person. Every conversation I had with her was an absolute enjoyable experience. I wish I could give her more than five stars because she definitely deserves it. And her company is lucky to have such a delightful sales representative.

I was very impressed with Hayden!!!! Hayden made the whole experience worth it!!! The installers arrived at 8am and stayed until it was done 11pm....super workers...just wished at least one of them spoke English

Empty promises Purchased a building months ago, great structure but had issue with door spring that let go. I have been in constant contact with this company for 3 months. Everytime they say this week and we'll call you back. 3 months later still feel like I'm hassling them at not getting any answers just empty promises.
