Fantastic office and fantastic staff. I am an experienced Registered nurse and have not had one complaint about my mum's care. They have gone above and beyond for both her hip replacements. We are very thankful.

The best doctor, Dr Anthony Houston, did my ACL reconstruction and my meniscal repair 3 days ago. Easy to talk to and explain details so clearly about the operation, nice nurse and service. I’m very grateful to Dr Anthony Houston who did my surgery and would highly recommend him to people looking at the comments that’s also thinking of getting a surgery he has experience in a broad range of Orthopaedic surgery including joint arthroplasty, revision arthroplasty, sports injury and arthroscopic surgery, hand surgery and orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Beware his after care and his nurse are terrible, other professionals don't like him. His nurse's incompetence(who pulled stitches early, poorly re-dressed it, kept leaving the room to ask doctor how to do stuff) left me with a re-torn wound literally taking months to heal & an inch wide scar & never ending tissue discomfort. She later said on the phone "You'll have to come up with a good story, like a shark.." who the hell says that? Now I need plastic surgery/skin graph?

Anthony saved my leg in 2009 after a fall from a roof. Redcliffe Hospital said the damage was too bad and amputation was my only option. I still have my leg and still work because of his great skills, since then he repaired my shoulder and all is good here as well. He comes highly recommended by me.

Dr Houston repaired my completely shredded left shoulder in February. His words before I went home were precise .... follow directions, six weeks in a sling being the most important period, do exactly what you should be doing and no more. I did everything as I should, physio two or three times daily, and whilst the natural impulse was to use the hand to help, I learned to hang washing, mow lawns etc one-armed. I walked regularly as well, but always wore the sling correctly. I also read a bad review about his nurse removing stitches too soon. Doctor does not use external sutures! The dressing came off after 12 days and was completely healed. My advise, prepare well (get as healthy as you can), do what you are told, do the Physiotherapy, and (whilst probably the hardest) set aside the time to heal at the correct pace.

Dr Houston and all his staff were extremely approachable and thoughtful. They made a stressful situation easy to navigate and always returned my calls with any questions or advice. Dr Houston explained everything well and listened to my individual life circumstances when offering solutions. I appreciate their professionalism and care when I most needed it.

Dr Houston operated on my shoulder. He was very good and very helpful with my queries after the surgery. Obviously it's to early to know the outcome but he put my mind at ease which i felt was very important too my recovery

Amazing surgeon. Very busy man but very caring of all his patients. Explains everything very well. His follow up care with his nurse is 100% amazing. Would highly recommend him to everybody
