Amazing company! From the initial contact to the finish line, everyone was professional, courteous, and communicative. James was super helpful and answered all of my (many) questions. Crews that were on site kept the house clean. Dacotah and Jordan did a great job leading the teams onsite and communicating with me. I recommend G2!
From my initial phone call to G2, to questions even after the remediation, I had the best experience. James was so kind to work with, walked me through the process, always had quick responses to my e-mails with dozens of questions, made me feel like I was their only client at the time, and I felt he was truly happy to help me. Cheyenne, Zander, and Shorty were great to work with - always professional! Cheyenne was also a great communicator, kept me updated, was happy to send me pics of progress, or answer my questions. I felt I was being communicated with every step of the way. With mold remediation being a new territory for me, I had lots of question and concerns. They were met with patience and explained at a level I could understand, which is so important. Their work estimates were reasonably priced, and they cleaned up the work site so well. It was a 10/10 experience with G2, and I will use them in the future and highly recommend G2 for the price, communication, and quality of work. So glad I found them!

Absolutely the BEST in the business. The most trustworthy, honest and ethical company I have worked with. They go way above and beyond to work alongside the client to help facilitate communications between other vendors (mold remediation, plumbing, etc). Also, they do NOT rush jobs, they do the most thorough work, ensuring that all damaged areas are removed and the house is safe to move back into. We had MASSIVE damage from recent storms, resulting in water damage and mold in the walls, ceilings and floors of our home. James and Dakota worked with us from day one, to help us started and the damage minimized. I recently worked with G2 and I am extremely impressed with the work they did and their customer service. I walked into this mold situation extremely scared and upset because I had been taken advantage of by another mold company that sold me a bunch of unecessary products and foggers and told me to just fog my house to death. I knew that this didn't make sense because I could see that the root of the problem was not being addressed (it was behind the walls and in the crawl space). I wanted a second opinion. I was referred to G2 by an inspector that had worked with them in the past. He specifically gave me James Rice's name and I am thankful that he did. From the moment I called, James was prompt in responding and addressing my concerns and questions. He set us up with Tate Barrett, an environmental specialist, to examine the problem areas at our house and to set up a protocol. It was very thorough... he even had a robot that went into our tiny crawl space to get a visual of the suspicious area. Once we had a plan, they sent over a calendar showing what they would be doing on each day. They helped coordinate with my GC to get the source of the problem fixed. Pricing was extremely fair and the fact that James and his team were so responsive, made me feel at ease throughout the process. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I highly recommend this company and feel confident that the work they did will keep my family healthy for years (THIS TO ME IS INVALUABLE). Thank you so much for everything!

To describe G2 in a review, there needs to be a lot more stars than 5. I have a 1947 home, and there was mold under the pier and beam foundation clinging onto the original wooden floor along with numerous places within my home. Cheyenne led a crew that worked tirelessly on restoring my home. She and her crew worked tirelessly to make my home back to being a healthy place for us to live. Cheyenne is a perfectionist, and the work on my home reflects both her and G2’s high standards. I can’t recommend them enough; also, they were extremely respectful of my belongings. Cheyenne and her crew treated my home and my belongings with utmost respect. In other words, they healed my home like it was their own. G2 is easy to work with, and they are both fair and honest. Bravo! I cannot recommend them and Cheyenne highly enough.

I found myself stressed out over a slab leak in my bathroom. I immediately called G2 & they made the 2 hour drive to take care of everything. They were very knowledgeable, respectful & professional! James answered all of my questions & made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The supervisor on site was Cheyenne. Her work ethics were very impressive! I highly recommend G2 for any of your restoration needs!
