We had a wonderful experience with Nik&Ami travels for our vacation at South Africa. All arrangements from hotel bookings, detailed & planned itinerary, planning & execution of the same was perfect. It was custom made as per our needs & we had a blast. The hotels locations were just fantastic, all activities that we did as well as safari game drives were very meticulously planned keeping into consideration there is no too much of fatigue & vacation feels like a vacation. Nik N Ami travels like always have made it so easy for us to plan our trip.. at every point from planning to executing they have been fab…. we missed our connecting flight to Edinburgh and Amit was so quick with the arrangements to be made for us at the London Aiport.. I must say that Amit is very accommodating and helped us with all the changes that we had requested for while planning the trip.. While we were in London the team helped us through and through with our daily plans.. I must say that one can never go wrong with Nik N Ami.. they make sure to comfort you at every point and your holiday is definitely going to be an amazing experience when planned by them.. Amit and team helped us with the perfect land itinerary for my parents in law in Switzerland. Ami Travels Respected Sir, We, a group of 10 individuals, embarked on a tour to Thailand through your Nik N Ami tour package covering Bangkok, Pattaya, and Coral Islands. We departed from Mumbai on 1/5/2024 to Bangkok on 2/5/2024, and the pickup AC van provided by your company was punctual. Throughout the trip, the facilities provided by your team were excellent, and we encountered no issues whatsoever. Breakfast was served promptly as scheduled. There was a minor instance of mismanagement as we failed to gather on time for our underwater world sightseeing, which we unfortunately missed. However, we greatly appreciate your team accommodating us by arranging the visit on the following day. We are sincerely grateful to you and the entire Nik N Ami Travels team for orchestrating such a delightful and seamless trip.
