They started out strong, but after first job have given me the run around. Having me show up and then not have work, or pulling me off a job for someone else. I had to take off some stars. Then they lie about work assignments so they can fire you if you leave an unfavorable review. Very unprofessional.
Horrible place to work for they charge me for equipment that I did return would not make it right on my original check. Also the numbers on my direct deposit were off their system didn’t notice that it was not enough numbers for an account number. They won’t issue me a check Until their bank gets it back although I need the money for bills today I expressed that to them, I worked for them during the winter time when my other job was slow in the cold for in this bad company In Newton prestressed concrete.they also sent me out to the job with no equipment and made me return to the office to get the gear making me late the company almost sent me home. I’m very displeased with this company i recommend never working for them.

Very friendly staff and helpful they really do help to find you a job that works well with you. I’ve gone to other agency n they’re not as good as them. They really do try to find a job for everyone.
If no stars where an option that is what I would have chosen. Dont expect Elite Staffing to be straightforward with you despite any information you've provided them. Adrianna was rude and condescending when I spoke with her regarding some questions and concerns I had brought to their attention. Would NOT recommend this agency to anyone at all.

Hiring process was quick and painless besides being drug tested because my eyes were still glossy at 5am. Had my own transportation and was already driving 30 minutes away to get to Elites office then another 27 minutes to the construction job site. They then put me on the spot to transport 3 other employees all the way to the job site and back for 15$ these guy asking for rides home and bathroom brakes and I could have gotten past that but then you get to the job site and nobody knows what to do or who to talk to for instructions. I was told to knock off by the supervisor at 4:30 my first day and before knocking off I explained to the supervisor that I had a legal matter and would have to be home by 5 the supervisor thanked me for the heads up. The next day I go in and it'd the same confusion didn't even see the same supervisor for the day before when 4:30 came around I started locating the supervisor to get my paper signed but still had to fetch the 3 guys who hitched rides with me who's names I didn't know took 45 mins to locate everyone then I had to drive back to the Elite office to drop off them and let the staff know moving forward I won't be able to take passengers. The lady said she understood so I leave under the impression everything was good the next day I didn't receive a confirmation call so I reached out to them telling me "because of what happened yesterday we can no longer use you." Elite staffing will cost not only the employees but the lack of organization and transparency is costing the company's who use Elite staffing for employees big time due to poor management and lack of communication with no supervision you literally have guys being paid to stand around and scratch their head. The Problem is the Staffing Agency. if the agency would have collaborated and planned a more organized and efficient strategy. Not only would production increase but the employees would have a clear understanding who gives the orders and what task they should be doing. They will catch on quicker and retain the knowledge. Becoming more valuable and efficient leading to better returns for all parties. However the only partying making good returns is Elite. Coincidence or scam?
Very impressed with the team at Elite Staffing Solutions. They not only provide a great service in helping people find a job but you can tell they really care about the people they work with. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a job
It's a great temp service to find work through. They have nice people that really cares, and will keep you with work as long as you're reliable. I highly recommend!
They give you an automated call that you have to respond to 2 hours before your shift starts, then you have to check in at their building an hour before your shift starts. Then they send you out to work and keep 35% of your wages so you end up making $12/hr. Total waste of time. They also refuse to verify employment, they just tell you to leave a message or send an email that they'll never respond to. Someone should report them to some government agencies or something. Maybe they should worry less about people giving them honest reviews and telling everyone who works for them to give them 5 stars and fix their broken systems. Chris, the owner, treats people little chattle. He claims to be someone who helps addicts and felons, but cares a lot more about his bottom line than helping anyone. And they should be careful about leaving disparaging comments about former employees who have lawyers (which they can afford because they don't work here).
