I had a great experience with Han Wittler. They didn’t pressure me with any recommendations and were easy to talk to, which was helpful for someone like me who isn't knowledgeable about cars. I appreciated the drop-off service they offered, as my partner was busy at the time. The work took a total of 5 hours to complete, but I'm grateful for the thorough work and service.

Best oil change experience ever! The staff was professional, courteous, on time, and didn't try to charge me for things my car didn't need. Max the shop dog is also a lovely greeter. I highly recommend Hans Wittler after my first experience.

Would have been a 5 star if they were more transparent on delivery and completion times.
Promises were not followed through, nor did the team take ownership. So, we are not sure if we will be back.
It wasn't the service, cost, or overall time it took. It was specifically the unmet expectations, failure to communicate at the start, the middle, and, at the end, and finally, the lack of ownership.
First we want to apologize for any lack of empathy for not meeting your expectations. We strive to be on time every time but that does not always happen. Getting a car done when promised is sometimes very difficult and always try and keep the customer informed. If there is anything we can do to make the situation better let us know. I would love to chat and get more specifics about the situation to improve our service in the future. Give us a call and ask for extension 401. I will do everything I can to make it right.

It's taken me a while to write this for which I am sorry. I own a Porsche 997 Turbo. I love it, but it's not the cheapest car to maintain. It had a lag at about 3500 RPM, which was pretty perplexing. These guys fixed it right away, changed the oil and the whole bill came to less than $600. That's honest work at a very reasonable price.

Excellent work, very professional. Great experience with my Porsche Cayman. No surprises. Honest. Easy going free loaner. Their quote and email system work. No dealership service attitude that you fine a local dealership. Plus they have Max, a sweet male labradoodle who is the HR dept and super chill.
