I recently had an excellent experience with Lettings Company as a new tenant. Mitch is extremely friendly and efficient - he helped me to secure a high-quality rental apartment in Belfast in record time! The apartment was very well advertised, with high-quality photos, accurate information and a helpful video (more estate agents should provide this - especially during the pandemic!) The process of applying for the property via Vouch was straightforward, with helpful emails and texts from Mitch along the way. I felt in very safe hands and would highly recommend Lettings Company to future tenants.

I recently used The Lettings Company to rent one of my four bedroom properties. I found them very professional & responsive at all times. Mitch took the time to meet me at the property & listened to everything I wanted in a tenant. Nothing seem to be an issue and Mitch has found two great tenants. I would recommend Mitch to landlords and I will be using his service in the future.

I first got in touch with Lettings Company through a friend who had previously used the company’s rental services. From the first meeting I had with them it was clear they had my best interests at heart. The tenant selection process was very thorough ensuring the best fit was chosen for our property. Also they made some subtle recommendations to make the property more leasable without incurring too much expense. We have the property rented out now for ten years and there has never been a problem. Lettings Company should be a must for any prospective landlord who wants little hassle as a professional service.

I have been a client of Lettings Company for 3 years now and I only have praise for this company. I engaged Lettings Company to let and manage my property for me as I live abroad. They have been nothing short of exemplary. I have always had tenants in the property and when the last tenants left, they had new tenants queuing up to let my 2 bed apartment. They have agreed a very good rental price for my property and the let was agreed and moved in within 2 weeks. Nothing is too much trouble if anything needs fixing and my rent is always paid to me on time. I would definitely recommend the Lettings company for rentals and management as I am very happy with their prompt and fantastic service. Also, lovely people to deal with.

I have been using the Lettings Company for at least the last 10 years. I have always found the client relationship with the company to have been excellent. Our dealings were always handled in a most professional manner. Valuations were accurate and generally above my own expectation. At the outset of the relationship the services that the company would provide were clearly explained leaving no room for misunderstanding. The finding of clients, all the necessary paperwork to the handing over of keys was always handled most professionally. The same would apply to the overall management of the properties. To any future client I can certainly recommend Lettings Company!
