Not very happy with the results and communication.
Paid $700 for a move out clean, and I will admit the place was quite dirty and had a lot of cat fur, and I did not do my due diligence with the walk-through after they were done, as I relied on what they told me was completed on the other floors of the house, but what I was told was inaccurate. I did not expect for it to be anything close to perfect, but the things I asked to be prioritized were not prioritized.
1. I asked for baseboards and the basement floors to be cleaned. The basement was vacuumed (not thoroughly because there was still cat fur on the floor), but not washed, and most of the baseboards in the house were not touched. Not sure why the basement wasn't swept since that would have made it possible to get corners and edges
2. I was told the upstairs was completely cleaned. In reality, the baseboards were not cleaned, the shower shelves were still dirty, large visible marks were left on the walls, and all along of the edges of the carpet still had dust in them
3. The cleaner told me she spent 20 minutes cleaning adhesive from an old child lock off the floor. I feel this was a poor use of time, because I asked for other things to be prioritized and this was something very minor
4. I was told when quoting that there would be an initial inspection by the cleaners when they arrived to see if they thought more time would be needed, and if so, would I want to pay for more time, and if I didn't, we would discuss the things I wanted prioritized. This did not happen
I feel like better communication would have gone a long way

Hi Savanna. We are really sorry to hear about your disappointment in the cleaning. It's unfortunate you didn't contact us about this after the cleaning when it was done 2.5 weeks ago when we could have corrected any issues you had. We could have gone through your issues and perhaps explain why some things were the way they turned out or even gone back right away to fix what wasn't done right. It is now too late for us to rectify this matter but we do appreciate any and all feedback you had.
