I do not usually write reviews, however Jacqueline at Fusion Title Search saved our family from going against each other in a legal battle over property that had been in our family for over 60 years and now was in probate. The property had been divided several times and transferred over the years with many siblings, divorces, kids and partial interests. After hiring 2 other title search companies in Connecticut who ended up not finishing it as it was "too complicated", we went to a Probate Attorney who recommended Fusion Title Search and a mediation hearing between our family members. Jacqueline did a full forensic title search examination and report on the property going back 73 years. All probate attorneys involved agreed her findings were 100% accurate and her report was very clear. She attended the mediation and truly showed her expertise as she explained every transfer and division down to percentages with the property now being 3 separate properties. Our whole family, although some may have not been pleased with the findings all agreed that she saved us thousands of dollars in court and attorney fees as well as the stress of fighting between all the cousins and siblings.
