We chose Venetians for our windows on the advice of the rep and definitely didn’t go wrong. They look amazing and give an altogether fresh look to your front facade. .The quality of the blinds is really good and that too for reasonable pricing.Adam managed to expertly fit the front of the house within 30 minutes and was very professional and friendly. The communication could have been better as their phone got unanswered a few times.We had a couple of weeks delay in the installation as our rep unfortunately became unwell just a week prior. However I am glad we did go with Fusion Home Blinds the delay was completely worth it.

I recently had FusionHomeBlinds install PVC rollers in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The team was punctual, professional, and highly skilled. They took precise measurements and offered valuable design advice to ensure the blinds complemented my home decor perfectly.

I initially reached out to Fusion Home Blinds in June 2023 for custom electric blinds, attracted by the personalized service and the fact it’s a family-run business. Joe, who represented the company, was incredibly friendly and helpful during the initial phases, setting a high standard for customer service. The installation process, however, marked the beginning of several issues. Although the company installed the wrong color blinds, they were prompt in replacing them with the correct ones upon notification. This responsiveness gave me hope. However, this hope was short-lived as I encountered more significant problems: the blinds were not aligned properly, the measurements were slightly off, and most concerning of all, the electric motors have failed. These issues have made the product nearly unusable and have significantly impacted my experience. I’ve made numerous attempts to reach out to Fusion Home Blinds, around 15-20 times, through both phone calls and messages, seeking a resolution for these problems. Unfortunately, it’s been about six months since my last communication with them, and my attempts have been met with silence. This lack of response and accountability is disheartening, especially after such a promising start. While I had a very positive initial interaction with Joe, the post-installation service and support have been deeply disappointing. The potential for excellence is there, but the failure to address customer concerns and issues adequately has tarnished their reputation in my eyes. I write this review in hopes of shedding light on my experience for future customers and perhaps to encourage Fusion/Joe to improve their customer service and follow-up on their commitments. To Joe, I still hold out hope for a resolution and a return to the excellent customer service I initially experienced.
