waited around 40 min for emergency tire change, $250(depending what tire you choose). overall good experience, the chinese uncle that came was really pleasant.

My tyre burst at Sungei Kadut. Phoned the company and was given a reasonable quote. The recovery staff managed to arrive within 40mins and replaced the tyre in 15mins. It was a hassle and stress free tyre replacement process at a rather remote location. Will recommend.

Showed up at his place after working hours to repair a punctured tyre. Owner opened the shop after my call within minutes and repaired it swiftly. Cost $20.

Reach home and found tyre punctured. Whatsapp ZOZ and they reply immediately after I send my message. 20 mins later a super friendly and super skillful mechanic called Ah Wei came. Repair work completed within 15 mins. Very very professional mechanic. Very glad and happy to use their service. Will visit them next time I need to change all my tyre.

Quick, honest and reliable emergency service which you can trust. No hidden cost or unexpected charges as shared by ZOZ. Had a totally flat rear tyre which went punctured, went online and simply choose their service without any hiccups.
Whatsapp reply was almost instantly and arrived within 30 mins. Mr Ng from ZOZ was very detailed and he managed to find the small pen knife cut which caused the punctured.
The lorry he drove had all the machine set up of replacing the tires that you will see in a typical tyre workshop except its mobile on wheels.
Patching and replacing the tyres was all done within 10 mins and I'm really impressed with the speedy recovery.

Pls beware of all the positive reviews. For my experience has been horrible. Messaged them on Friday morning for flat tyre. Was promised 9:30am, but the guy showed up at 10:30am.
Then next day when took the car out the tyre got flat again at the same place and the fix had made the tyre unusable.
When reach out to company again they completely deny that they fixed my tyre even after showing them the chat history.
Quite unprofessional and dangerous too if the quality of fixing is so unreliable.

Needed a tire replacement. Advertised as 30 mins, was told 45-60 mins by phone, but ended up taking 1h 40mins before mechanic arrived onsite. Unfortunate circumstances or not, long wait time/delays should have been communicated (and coordinated by the operator) better to the customer, I would have probably chosen to go to someone else.
Mechanic was professional and did a quick job.
Unfortunately, the delay seriously tainted the experience.
