I ordered a bottle of juice that was 120 ml and was sent the wrong type of nicotine, I wanted salt nic, they sent me a free bottle to correct it, which was great, but that bottle has zero nicotine in it and when I approached dash vapes they said it for sure contained nicotine. I promise it did not, now I have zero nicotine juice and am forced to buy cigarettes.

Today, it was a bad experience with your live chat. I have 5 years as a regular customer. It seems here that each branch has its own liquid mixture. Today, I bought the liquid, and it had no taste, just glycerin. When I asked about the reason via live chat, I did not get an answer except that I left the liquid for several weeks until the flavor was concentrated in it.😳😳😳😳😳 Are you serious, again one star is too much for you they saying close 30 minutes for lunch and 2:30 still closed Anyway, I have deleted my account and will not return to you again

It's changed over the years, and it kinda has to, 'cause most people are happy to spend non-disposable vape money on a new disposable every week, which is obviously insane, but it's the way it is. So not as much hardware in store as back in the day when that stuff actually sold. Online still has a wide selectio though, and shipping options are pretty flexible, and it's still the cheapest place for juice online or in store.

After a few years of not buying from here I decided to give it another try and then I remembered why I stopped buying from Dash vapes. All the liquids are home made and the taste is predominantly base liquid (glycerine I assume) You have to be very creative to find the “flavour”, they all taste alike - base liquid with a pinch of whatever flavour you picked. I’m sure the good reviews are because of the “scan this code, leave a review and get 5% off”

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be completely ignored while standing three feet away from an employee scrolling on their phone, this is the place. The staff looked at me like I was interrupting their very important “leaning against the counter” duties. Prices are sky-high, and the selection is as exciting as a half-deflated balloon. The one product I bought tasted like it had been sitting in a glove compartment since 2018. Honestly, I’d get better service yelling into a brick wall — and the wall might have fresher stock.

If you want your time wasted then this store is perfect for you. Little to no selection and relatively rude staff. Edit: The shelves were empty regardless of the fact. It is an embarrassment to call this store a vape shop when a convenience store has more selection . I am truly convinced that most of the other reviews are bought and not legit customers. If there was an issue with making a call with someone who’s over 19 to purchase a vape it should be posted somewhere or even established in the first place. I am glad that I didn’t end up buying from this store anyway, judging by the real reviews most of them are complaining about defective products. You’re lucky that there isn’t an option to put 0 stars otherwise I would’ve put that
