My apartment was flooded in about 2 inches of water. Roy and Adrian showed up with an extractor. A few dehumidifiers and some fans. They got my apartment dry in about 2 hours or at least free of standing water. They set up fans and the dehumidifiers and let me know to let them run for the next few days.

These guys Roy and Adrian showed up on time. Also set up fan and solved my drywall being wet issue and got my apartment set up and ready to be dry.

Update: The guys came back today to do a mold remediation. They once again did an amazingly thorough job -leaving my kitchen cleaner than they found it. My dog is still love .

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Roy and Adrian. They came by to assist me with a mold remediation service at my home and their service was impeccable! This is a great company. Their technicians exceled in bringing my entire Kitchen back to new. We had a Garbage Disposal leak that went undetected too long, and Black Mold was growing under the Island. Well, no more mold. My technicians were Steven and Kevin. Kenya appears to be the manager or perhaps more. I would use this contractor if I ever had another related problem. They exceeded my expectations.

I had an issue with a major leak from the upstairs bathroom. I contacted Full Service Pros. I met with Roy and discussed the game plan on what was going to get done. The next day, his men showed up, and what a great job they did. Not only were they fast but extremely thorough and completely respected my home. They were careful while doing their work and were extremely detail oriented. They went in and did an incredible job. After they were done, an inspector came in and checked for any additional leaks and mold and even told what a great job Full Service Pros did and to top it all off... the gentlemen that came in to do the work were extremely friendly. I'm so glad I got Full Service Pros to do the job.
