Not impressed by their service or their billings. We were billed an a crazy amount for water damage in a small 1/2 bath. Their techs did not come when scheduled to pick up their equipment. the bill was elevated in charges and had a photo not even at our property included. I contacted them about it and was given many excuses. Even when I shared one of their techs broke the toilet paper holder off of our wall in the bathroom and when I called him out on it, he told me not to worry, it would be covered under the insurance claim..... NOT! Very disappointed in their professionalism and service.
