We contacted Frosts as we thought we had a squirrel in our loft, luckily we didn’t but Frosts have been extremely polite, professional and honest with us through the whole process. Jay who came for the inspection was so helpful and gave us some good advice, thank you all very much. Would definitely recommend your business to others
After being let down by a big company, made contact and from my first conversation, a very pleasant experience. Promptly booked for a visit within 24 hrs. Technician Jay attended. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained what he was going to do and his plan of action.
Hopefully it does the trick. Only time will tell. Nicely reassured by Jay.

Contacted Frosts Pest Control regarding a bird issue in our loft. Quote received quickly and clear overview of what the inspection would entail. Technician arrived within 2 hours of confirming appointment. Quickly established the issue, luckily no nest or eggs present so were able to block off the entry point. Very happy with the service by both the contact centre and technician (Jay), would use this service again and recommend to others.
Initial response from Frosts was great, they answered the phone promptly and had someone out to my tenants within 24 hrs of my call, to address a reported rodent issue .. However, their communications with me since have been totally lacking, despite their friendliness when I manage to get through on the phone to Frosts, where they have repeatedly promised to action to get some reports with photo evidence out to me, as to what they’ve found, what they’ve done to resolve the issue and/or if any further action is required. They’ve been out to the property 3 times (I’ve not been there) so it’s good to know they’ve been making an effort, but without knowing what they’ve done or fixed exactly, it’s impossible to give the company any real credit.. which I think is a shame as I believe that the guys that turned up, did have a good idea on what they were doing though but, there’s been no evidence back to me to be able to give credit.
